I have been coming here for more then 6 years. The staff is always nice and friendly. The basketball court is nice, but you should bring your own ball. The weights are great with a lot of options. Upstairs is has all the exercise equipment and a good spin room. I would recommend this place for your workout needs.

24 hour fitness Tanasbourne Oregon is very rude. One employee was confrontational. The GM made no effort in retaining a customer. Never earning my business.

24 hour fitness at Tanesbourne is a great gym with lots of amenities at a fair price. They have a large lap pool, sauna, steam room, basketball court and the typical cardio, free weights and machines. There are some amenities closed during COVID. The staff is very friendly and quick to help you figure out equipment. I would definitely recommend this gym compared to others in the area!

Edit: after joining this gym within the year they have gotten rid of towel service and now kids club. Rates are still the same and now me and every parent are being singled out for trying to workout with a child. After finally hitting my health goals at a gym I feel comfortable with. I now feel singled out for having a kid and trying to workout. This location is closing the kids club in December. Me and my daughter loved this place so much, we went all the time. It’s not fair to the members who have kids and feeling comfortable with a gym and them shutting down. The gym is a large part of our life. I am very disappointed 24. I feel like this place is more and more a waste of my money.

Too Expensive for what they offer. No towels, a dirty and extremely foul smelling locker room, equipment that’s often in need of repair, and a staff that’s underwhelming as far as customer service goes. Not to mention, when I attempted to cancel my membership, they suddenly “found a way” to lower my monthly payment. Why not just offer that price up front instead of waiting until customers are fed up and realize the truth about the facility? Then to try and charge a cancellation fee on top of that? Not a chance in hell I’d recommend this gym to anybody on earth.

Love this gym. Sure it stinks that the towel service and kids club is gone, but it is well worth it to live a healthier life. Depending on when you go, there will be a large amount of people. If you have an issue with a crowd come at a later or earlier time and it makes all the difference. The staff, equipment, and atmosphere are great. Plus there are tons of sports games on you can watch while completing your workout. Also, has a steam room, sauna, pool, and racquetball court. Cant get much better than that!

I have come here a couple of times (in the last couple of years) to use the pool only when the pool at my closest location is closed (which happens quite often).I do not use any other equipment, just the pool, and having access to the pool is very critical for my health. I don't have the super sport membership, but was always told that if the pool is closed, I can go to any club location convenient for me (including super sport), which I did in the past. The last time when the pool was closed at my location, I called this club and explained the situation. The customer service representative said they would not be able to let me in. When I asked if their policy has changed and if I could talk to someone who could help me, he suggested me to go to a different club and he had a customer waiting there, so he couldn't help me in any way, which, in my opinion, was just rude.

Been coming here since day 1. I like to joke that over time the lower workout area has started to turn into my parents garage. With so much equipment that has accumulated over the years there is less and less space to find somewhere to stretch and warmup.Key for me is the basketball court and weights. You can get some good 5on5 basketball games in Monday-Thursday if you come from 4:30-6:30PM.

Restrooms are awefull/ not well kept.No automatic water dispensersEquipments are a tad bit older and definitely lesser (more wait times) than San Diego and Bothell locations I’ve worked out at briefly. They definitely need more assisted squat machines!Marketing/ sales crew is always ready to pitch/ convert. Nevertheless, rightfully so! They do a good job!

I wish I could rate this club much higher. I have been a member of 24 hour fitness on and off since 2012. The quality of the club has deminished greatly. This is a Super Sport club and one of the amenities was towel service which they will no longer be providing as of June 1st. For me, this was a selling point for me. Upon my return to to this club they have done very little to enhance the services they provide. As far as I'm concerned the club is over priced. There are newer clubs in the area Gladstone and Greshem that still have towel service in addition, the offer a digital experience to workout in the arobics room or cycling room. If you are going to remove a service then kindly relpaced with an enhanced service. And upgrade the equipment the spin cycles are in need of repair or replacement. Hollywood club has replaced their spin cycles twice in the last 7 years. This club has done nothing. Therefore why am I spending my money for a Super Sport membership if you are not providing the services.
