24 Hour Fitness

The kids daycare is a life saver for the price and offering for your workout time. The machines are well maintained and new. Depending on the location of your visit, the offering may defer. I personally like this branch because the community is friendly and staff are nice.

This club is now total nightmare. I have showed up at this club last 6 full years and last 2 weeks was totally different experience with the front desk lady who is extremely unprofessional. (8PM to 9PM weekdays) Also, even though this club is SUPER SPORT club (, which means that membership more expensive than SPORT club), they said they will stop towel service from June 1st, which I have enjoyed last 6 years. No price drop! So, no point for SUPER SPORT membership. Will move to SPORT 24 hour fitness club on Scholls-Ferry. Front desk staffs absolutely SUPER and can save a bit of money too!!

Good gym l like the 2 different weight sections because this 24 does get busy. Like how the cardio is upstairs and plenty to choose from upstairs. Restrooms are clean everytime I go in there. Always have towels on hand ready to go. The staff is really nice here. Besides parking some times being difficult to find live this gym and will continue to come here.

This place gets WAY too crowded. It’s a sport itself trying to find a parking spot and having available machines open.Bring your own towels because apparently despite it being a super sport location - they no longer provide that service.DESPITE all that: this facility I feel like is judgement free, friendly-helpful staff and gym-goers. 100000% better than Planet Fitness.If you don’t mind a crowed gym, old folks hogging the pool, and squeezing in to park - I highly recommend this location.

Nice gym if you can get in when it's not busy, customer service sucks though. After 20 years of being a member I had an issue with my membership and was told that I'd be contacted by Agreement Support, but never heard from them. I made several attempts to contact customer service and was told someone would reach out to me to resolve my issue, but they never did.If you want a gym that truly cares about its members, I recommend you look somewhere else.

REALLY bummed about them discontinuing towel service. It's a fine gym (as are many others), but towel service is one of the main reasons I went here. I don't want a wet towel sitting in my car all day while I'm at work. On top of that, the men's sink area gets messy pretty quick in the morning from shaving - I don't mind using a house towel that will get washed to wipe the counter before and after I use a sink, but I won't use my own towel for that. If it's a real burden, I would have paid a little extra to be offered towel service, but it's not an option - they just stopped after having it for years.

First off, I have to say the building is great. My fiancee and I have made a commitment to get ourselves healthier, and part of that plan includes using the gym. We love that you have a pool, and are convenient to our work. That being said, your employees are not so great. The girl with short magenta hair at the front desk shot us dirty looks as we came in, and when we left she was visibly mocking my fiancee. I get it. We are fat. We don't always dress like everybody else. We came off of a great experience, feeling hopeful and excited for our future, to feeling about an inch tall. Thank heavens she didn't see your rudeness, or she would have been devastated. Our first night as 24 hour fitness members will also be our last at this location.

This is probably the cleanest and nicest 24 hour fitness I’ve been to. The sauna and pool area are well maintained. Equipment looks new still, you can definitely tell which pieces of equipment are older. They always have clean towels (Super sport).I took a zumba class here for the first time and it was quite the workout.

I really did like this 24 Hour Fitness in till one of the employees would question my son about why he was going there he's 10 years old and it's her job to make the kids feel welcome and she definitely did not do that.My husband and I were even thinking about canceling our gym membership because of this one employee.

I am not happy to give this place one star but they pushed me to the point I can not give them a nice reviewPeople walking with outdoor shows and clothing and loud music and talking loudly in sauna and they call it public place.I warned them about this issue 4 times already and nothing changes.I brought so many family and friends to this place but now I feel I made a huge mistake.If I don’t see any results from this place I will say goodbye ...
