Nice gym, very poor customer service. I was completely unimpressed with the managers rudeness and interpretation of rules. Have been a Black Card member at PF for over 3 years. Have never met a more rude staff

Planet fitness charged me over $115. Everything started off when I accidentally made two accounts. I spoke with the people who work at Planet fitness and they told me that they’re already sending a request for a refund. That was in May. It’s July now. I also called a few weeks later to cancel the “summer challenge program” cuz I was gonna be charged $39 for the annual fee but I didn't have the time to come anymore. However, an employee told me to not worry, I wasn’t gonna be charged, but I was still charged anyways. So I’m here telling you that Planet fitness isn’t for you. You’ll be over spending money.

Sherwood Planet Fitness has been very busy after the New Year. They keep it very clean. Staff is attentive to any needs. Lots of parking. Lines are getting long for tanning.

Probably the most unmotivated gym I've ever been to. They say they don't judge but they judge people that actually work out. They won't change it to the NBA Playoffs it's preset to negative news stories on 20% of the TV's. They also told me that I wasn't going to be on a contract and when I tried to cancel they gave me a 56$ fee.

Staff is friendly and helpful. It has wonderful hydromassage beds and deep massage chairs. The only thing lacking is classes. But that's why the price is so cheap--10-21.99

The staff isn't worth a damn but the gym is nice. I've been to most in Portland and besides Hillsboro, this one is the worst. But we go to work out not make friends so to hell with them!

The Sherwood PF is a little small for being so new. They could use a couple more sets of the lower weight dumbbells. The abs/stretching area is tiny. That said I like the mini lockers (with built in USB charging ports!) if you don't need the changing area and the hydro massage lounge chairs are great. The equipment is all new too so that's a plus

This is a nice little gym with well maintained machines and clean locker rooms. Staff is friendly and personable, even at 3:00 AM. Wish the stretching area was larger but can make do with what is available. Crossing fingers a PF opens in the Tualatin/Tigard Area.I would absolutely recommend this location to others.

The staff at the Sherwood Planet Fitness is top notch. So’s the staff at the Beaverton Planet Fitness. The workout areas are clean and the machines are in brand new condition. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Even the people using the gym. I’m using their facilities through my Medicare insurance and Silver and Fit. Their membership is free to me through this. I even get the black card membership which allows me to tan and use the hydro massage beds and chairs.For those of you on Medicare I highly recommend Planet Fitness to stay in shape and active.

For a gym that's all about not judging, the have a lot of things they judge you for. Good spot for cardio, it's super clean. Black card members area is nice but the music makes me want to leave.
