I've been a black card member since 2018 when they had their grand opening in Sherwood, never had a complaint over all these years about my tattoos or what I wear but in the last few months something has changed drastically for the worse, planet fitness in all their willingness have become the most judgmental and discriminatory fitness centers in America.The selectively and randomly remove people or complain about others because of their religious or political beliefs, this was done to me because of a fraternity tattoo that I have on my neck that you can see when I wear a tank top. The staff has asked me to leave twice now, selective discrimination and their hypocrisy knows no bounds.If you want to join a place that will discriminate and judge you unless you fit into their exclusive categories I highly recommend finding another place to socialize and to get yourself in physical health.It is not a judgment-free zone that is just their mantra that they don't adhere to.Sherwood Oregon

The customer service is top notch, from Cici especially; I love the space, especially the 30 minute express workout circuit, and all of the equipment works well; and the black card amenities - especially the tanning and new bulbs just added - are my favorite perks of all. Plus, it’s all provided at an extremely affordable price. All around great gym that keeps me coming back, even living 20 minutes away!

The staff at this location (in Sherwood, Oregon) is REALLY GREAT! I lost my water bottle, and did not know they do not accept any actual monetary currency. As I was unable to electronically tender any currency, the staff at Planet Fitness graciously provided me with a complimentary bottle of water.
