This facility has always been my go to planet fitness. It's incredibly clean and well maintained, the staff is always super friendly and the front desk gal was super helpful answering all my questions about my account as well. I believe her name was Abby. Overall this is a great gym whether you're looking for cardio or weights 10/10 would recommend.

So far this gym has be super awesome about keeping EVERYTHING clean! The staff have been super friendly and helpful, the equipment well maintained, and the overall environment wonderful. Really helps my anxiety lolThe one and only draw back I have about this wonderful establishment are the hours. I really with it was open 24hrs over the weekend.

I've been a member here for almost a year now! Super easy sign up, very affordable, convenient location for me, they do a really good job of keeping everything sanitized and the cleaning stations restocked. Everything is always clean and works well. All the staff is great, and Abby especially has been fantastic! She's always kind, friendly, and goes above and beyond on customer service. She's always been super encouraging of me on my fitness journey and I love seeing her whenever I go in!

Just like all the others too many cardio machines, but this location have some newer strength machines that are impressive. Good place to wait out traffic.

I have bad asthma and tried to cancel my membership due to covid and was told I missed the dead line and that there is nothing they can do but going forward I won't get charged. I let them know im unemployment and had to move back with my parents due to covid. I emailed the general manager Jessica Frosty and never got a response back other then that a generic auto reply with saying I'm sorry we can't refund you.

Such a disappointing system. I moved out of town and soon found out that you had to be there in person to cancel your membership AND pay a cancelation fee. By the time I would be able to go in and cancel it in person it would be more than just riding it out to the end of my 1 year contract. I decided that I would just pay for the next two months and then finally put Planet Fitness behind me. I was told that after the 12 months of paying $20 something my contract would be over and I wouldn't have to go in and pay. However, this was false information and now they have taken out $39 for a annual fee that I will not be getting back and I have to either go in or mail in something with my signature before the 10th so that I dont get charged again. In my opinion you should not just assume a customer wants to resign a year contract especially if they havent been in to your gym in months. This is a waste of my time and money and I will not only never be doing business with you I will tell others not to.

If you upgrade your membership you will not be charged a fee. If you downgrade because you aren't using or constantly cannot use black card benefits (such as massage bed because they are never available) they will charge an arbitrary $30 fee. Planet Fitness is the same as every other gym, they just lie about it more.
