Avoid this gym at all costs. They make it extremely difficult to cancel and will continue to bill you even after you attempt to cancel. I had to open a claim and put a stop payment order in with my bank and they continue to put payments through using different accounts.

The primary reasons for the 5 star review can be summarized by the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the training/training staff. Although there has been employee turnover, a unifying theme is that the personnel have been consistently and unfailingly friendly and helpful. The two trainers, first Loreece and now Meg, have been exceptionally knowledgeable, presenting challenging training suited to our strengths and weaknesses including injuries, while at the same time encouraging and motivating us to challenge ourselves. The training is targeted for younger and older clients. Meg is a great fitness example and is very concerned for the safety as well as the fitness and strength of her clients.

I used to work for planet fitness before I moved out of state and this morning I called to ask some questions about canceling and..... the person I was talking to wasn’t very good pleasant to speak with and seemed annoyed and had an attitude when I explained to her that I only wanted to speak to a manager due to issues in the past! Don’t get a membership here if you don’t want to go through a bunch of hurdles just to cancel. I unfortunately used to work for this location in the past and can tell you that EVERY employee knows how’s BS the canceling process is and most of them are over explaining it to people.

Never have to wait for equipment! Nice clean place. Great value

The place is beautiful and the staff was friendly. Not thrilled with the policies or the specifics of my visit so cannot recommend this to anyone.

Great gym for beginners staff is super friendly, place is clean and the machines are easy to use.

I'll come back another day when you have a knowledgeable person who has time to show me around. Was not impressed with the customer service. The place looked impressive but customer service is lacking.

This is a smaller location then the one in Beaverton but the Sherwood location is alot cleaner. Parking can be a bit of a issue sometimes but your able to find some place you may have to walk a bit.

Lovely and clean facility! The employees are nice enough & attentive when you need help. The big windows offer a nice, bright building.

I enjoy the gym itself, but it seems like it's kind of a place for the teenagers to hang out and play around on snapchat. Also, I don't understand why you can't wear spaghetti strap shirts but are able to wear just a sports bra with no shirt. Seems redundant.
