Out of all the gyms I have considered signing up for, Abby was very considerate and she was very knowledgeable about Planet Fitness. She gave me a detailed tour, and she sat down with me to discuss the different types of plans. I had a great experience!

Honestly, this company is the worst I've ever come into contact with. In addition to not refunding my S/O for the startup fees when she created a duplicate account(they said it's going through corporate and it's been 7 weeks), they also lied to her, telling her she would not be charged any fees when switching to a promotional plan, but she was charged their pointless annual fee, a 40$ charge. If you're someone who likes to waste a lot of time and money, I'd say this is a great gym for you. But for us, it was a waste of 115$ for 2 gym visits. Thanks, planet fitness...

Most of the staff has been really wonderful. However sometimes one bad apple spoils the bushel. One particular staff member is very abrasive and rude. Spoke loudly and aggressively and rolled her eyes when mentioned that there was no need to speak that way to us. Same person different day I brought someone in to the facilities because they were looking for a gym. She again was rude and told the person that she did not have time for us. I may be tempted to drive an extra 30 minutes just to go to the Mcminnville PF!

Very clean facility, new equipment. Always overcrowded after 4 pm, including the parking lot. Staff is super busy, too busy most of the time to even get a beverage from the cooler. Decided to get a family membership at the YMCA mainly because of the pool and free weights.....without the congestion. When we asked to cancel our membership with PF, we were informed that our membership was NOT a non commitment membership, and there was a buyout fee, plus we would still be charged the annual $39 membership fee....! When we signed up we specifically asked about the no commitment membership. At no time were we told that it wasn't a no commitment membership. The problem started when they handed me a tablet to sign up...over the counter, with the only instructions given, was to return it when we were finished. My fault I guess for not paying closer attention to the the details when I signed it. It cost my Wife and me $194 to cancel our membership.So what happens....? I get a flyer advertising their no commitment memberships.......Really....?

New to Planet Fitness, but so far impressed. Great value for affordable price. Machines are easy to use and clean! Love that it's open all the time and has nice locker rooms. Great addition to Sherwood area!

Staff is very friendly and the facility is always clean. I usually come in the evenings and see these ladies Abby, Meg, Megan and Shazz working their tails off with smiles on their faces. I do have the black card and have to say it is definitely worth it especially being able to get my hydro massage after my workouts. So very pleased and happy to have PF in Sherwood and close to home. 🤩

I have been going here for about 3 months now. It's a new gym so all the equipment is new and they have a good assortment of machines and free weights to choose from. They do a good job of keeping things clean and well maintained. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I haven't tried any of the tanning/massage or signed up for any of the classes but they seem to have different classes going all the time and everyone seems to be having fun and sweating! I'd recommend this gym if you're looking for a laid back, no pressure kind of gym.

LOVE this gym!! I came here while traveling for work and was beyond pleased with every aspect. I can tell it's definitely newer. The locker rooms are huge. The same amount of equipment as any other I've been to, but the huge overhead fans were so nice while running on the treadmill. The staff was super friendly. The tanning beds are SO nice & upgraded compared to most locations. I wish my home location was this nice! Highly, highly recommend this gym!! Amazing how much harder you’ll go at your workout when the environment is this great! Thank you, franchise owner for putting the extra bells & whistles on this gym.Sincerely,A very happy customer!

New and clean. There hasn't been a time of day when it was overcrowded or I couldn't get to a machine. Staff is hit or miss but still training so I'm hopeful my interactions will get more consistently positive.
