They offer every machine you can imagine and very very spacious. Large bathroom area with showers, convenient locker system and excellent staff. Try the hydromassage beds if you can.

Clean, friendly, great classes, and I love that they have the massage chairs and water massage beds. They even have tanning included but I'm not sure what that experience is like.

Every single time I come into planet fitness it's always clean and I always get greeted with a friendly staff the staff there is awesome and I never feel judged I always feel welcomed out of all the planet fitnesses I've been to that's the best one the one here in Sherwood keep it up planet fitness Sherwood

I called in to ask about hours, details and just general information. Associate seemed eh and not at all there when answering my questions and before I could say thank you and good bye, he just hung up on me. This is far from okay. Your associates may need to be taught more about customer service and what that looks like. He should have been asking me if there is anything else he could be helping me with.Interested to see how they treat me in person.

These staff don't do their job. Most do but there are more then three people who are employed there and and don't do anything. There were two females there with pure uglyness lied. I've been going here for months and haven't had to deal with lies. I refuse to put up with this. Shame on y'all for nott doing your job and checking the cameras. I will take a polygraph test to get justice for this, I refuse to put up with y'all's behavior.

Staff is friendly-it's a smaller Planet Fitness so there isn't a ton of free floor space; I use apps that use bands, kettle bells, etc and this space is limited for workouts like this. Otw great facility-always super clean!!
