Nadia changed my life! I am a notorious quitter and I HATE going to the gym, but Nadia has totally turned that around. She’s encouraging, knowledgeable, and always has a plan. I have a weak back and Nadia always keeps that in mind and explains how to use the correct form so I don’t hurt myself. I’ve learned so much in the last 6 months and made tremendous progress, all thanks to Nadia. Give that girl a raise!

The first day I walked into TTP, I was super intimidated!! There were people strutting around in bikinis training for a body-building competition. I soon learned that not everyone has the same goals and there are plenty of people just like me at TTP (just average 40 year olds trying to get strong)! I have been working with Susy for a year now and she is the best. She pushes me to my edge each session (think noodle arms, on the verge of vomiting, laying on the ground). She is so dedicated and always makes time for me to come in, even super early in the morning. Susy has given me tons of tips like overnight oats with a protein shake/Greek yogurt and berries on top, which is my new go-to breakfast. Susy is calm and caring. She is part personal trainer, part counselor, and an amazing encourager. Because of her, I have decreased my body fat by 10% and gained muscle mass. 💪 I love the family-like atmosphere at TTP!

If you’ve been considering personal training and are ready to do the work, there is no one better than Nadia! She is very knowledgeable and has impressive emotional intelligence. She knows when to push you and when to let up. She not only helped me regain strength, but helped me rebuild my relationship with food. As an occupational therapist working in acute care I knew I had to take care of my body. She helped me learn proper form and always has functional strength in mind. Would recommend her to anyone whether you’re a beginner or an athlete.

I’m so happy I found TTP fitness gym! From the initial fitness and nutrition education from owner Turk, to my trainer Susy, the whole experience has been excellent. My goal was to get stronger and I feel stronger than I have in years! I’ve been training with Nadia for just 3 months and I’ve seen such amazing results with my body composition and overall strength. Prior to joining TTP, I was so intimidated by the gym and all of the equipment. I’ve gained so much knowledge from both Nadia and the TTP crew. I feel the best I’ve felt in years since having both my daughters. I finally feel like I have my body back, a better physique, more confidence, and I feel strong AF! The TTP environment is welcoming and down to earth. I’m held accountable and pushed to achieve my full potential. Training with Nadia has been a real treat in the process. TTP Fitness is a gym environment i have yet to experience anywhere else. it’s a large open gym with natural lighting and plenty of equipment. the staff is very dedicated, kind, and welcoming. my plan consult was with Nick who is super friendly and really lessened the intimidation of a new gym, laid out everything for me and even adjusted a payment plan that worked for me.i trained with suzy, who i can’t say enough positive things about, she’s super fun, dedicated, and knowledgeable about her training, was always flexible with session times, and free to answer any questions i had! every session felt productive, suzy really knows how to push the most out of a training session while not completely killing you for the days following. usually consistency is the hardest part in completing fitness goals but every day i had scheduled with suzy i was excited to go train hard and learn for myself!the plan that i purchased not only afforded me my sessions with suzy but also got me a full body scan and nutrition consult with Turk. so i could get my eating right outside of the gym.(they also offer meal prep you can buy, nick let me sample one and they are super delicious and tons to choose from)turk was super thorough with my specific macros, when to eat in relation to cardio, how to calculate macros based on food nutrition labels and so on.i feel like this information is responsible for 80% of my successes at ttp fitness along with the work of my trainer suzy, the great staff and, my own kickass work at TTP Fitness.

My experience at TTP from start to finish was 10/10. I’m very happy I got to train with Susie!! She instantly made me feel comfortable and confident in what I was doing. In the short time that we worked together I lost body fat and gained muscle mass!
