The staff are rude and arrogant. This included both the spa and club staff. I wouldn't recommend this Equionx club.

Absolutely love Equinox and looking forward to coming back as a member again now that COVID restrictions have lifted. By far one of the best gyms in Boston. Super clean facility, the staff are great and my membership advisor Layla has been exceptional to work with! It was great having access to the Equinox+ app to workout at home while the gyms were shut down.

Borderline worst management of any gym I have been to. I have been to hundreds of gyms.

it’s all about the pool. the pièce de résistance of this club! Bodi rocks and will give you the best insights and on-boarding to the club. I’ve belonged to Equinox from Coast-to-Coast. This one isn’t the best but it’s wonderful and worth it.

They have a fantastic swimming pool here (which is hard to find in Boston). Around 25 metres/yards long with 4 lanes and almost nobody is using this pool, even when the rest of the gym is really crowded. After swimming (or normal gym workout) you have a choice of sauna and a steam room.
