The carpet smells so bad! I'm allergic! Every time that I go there, I have allergy problems. It is the only problem there!

I've frequented the other locations in the Boston area (Franklin St, Dartmouth St, and Chestnut Hill) and this one just seems to fall short. The facilities aren't as nice, the staff aren't nearly as attentive, and the locker room cleanliness and amenities leave a lot to be desired. I've provided feedback to the club, but alas nothing has come of it. While the location is convenient for getting a workout in before heading to the office, I am not sure that this particular site is worth the cost - it just doesn't seem to live up to the Equinox standard which I have grown to know and love.

Expensive, always packed and partially unprofessional staff (to become a member was painful, at some point Marc threatened to cancel my membership as he was claiming he didn't have all documents, after my wife and I had filled everything out twice already and our credit cards were charged. We could fix this only by reaching out to the management!).Also some of the trainers had an attitude that left me speechless when I asked if there was a chance to stock up the kettle bells (there was only one 14 pound and I needed two).I recommend the David Barton as it has much better pricing, a better number of members to space ratio and very nice, helpful staff.
