I'm here Monday - Friday from 4:30 AM to 6:30 AM. The staff and people at this location are very supportive and super nice. Daniel D. is always there to check me in and Jessica is there on my way out. I appreciate all the decor and quotes that I see every month!

Deceptive. Untrustworthy. They will charge your bank and not notify you. They will renew your membership without your consent.This gym charged me another year without my consent. (No text to inform me no email to notify me). Just a sneaky charge of $345 to my bank account on Sunday morning 4:05 am.P.s.I paid my year in advance in cash because i didn't want to give them my bank info. And he assured me they only needed a card in file. Now i know why.

This place was already barely decent a year ago when I first got a membership but now a year later it’s gotten even worse. I have seen so much turnover with employees and management it’s wild. On top of all that just tonight alone 3 of my regular go to machines are broken. The only bonus is that it’s open 24 house and has a sauna. One of the filthiest clubs I have ever worked out in.

I'm a big fan of 24hr fitness. I've been a member since 2005. I visit many of the facilities, sure there are things you can complain about. But overall, the experience I've gotten has been always positive. This place (Burbank) is bigger that the ones near my home. I prefer to come to this one because of the pool, jacuzzi, dry/wet sauna. It's rare I see broken equipment, as it shows that take care of it in time. Never had issues with staff, always friendly and helpful. I would avoid peak hours, as it does tend to get super busy. The wait times for equipment can vary on peak tines. They have a parking lot in the back of building and also street.It's also close to major stores like Targer, Walmart, Lowes, etc....after a workout those stores come in handy for distance.I highly recommend this place! Let's keep them in business so we have the option of going to 24hrs for a very long time. I was a Ballys member before and they are no longer in business.

Its alright. Dirty and beyond crowded at night. Garage need a pressure wash from all the bird feces on the ground.

This is in the men’s locker room. I first reported this disgusting issue in May of 2022. Their response was “we haven’t had janitors since Covid started in 2020 and we just hired some” !!!!!! Welp, it’s 2023 and look at what is still there. I can’t believe I’m still going here for how much I am paying. Like for real - don’t get a membership here if you don’t want bugs crawling around the space where you’re supposed to be changing and showering.Only reason I still go is because it’s close to home.

It smells bad in the weight room and the bathrooms. No one re-racks weights properly and the staff don't seem to care. The women's restroom isn't properly cleaned and hasn't been cleaned in a week it seems. 12/26/22.

The staff are pretty friendly and almost always greet you. The place is large and pretty clean and it's got weights, what more can you ask for. The locker room is big and grand too.

Burbank 24 fitness is very convenient just open parking lot. There shower look like a private club from LAAC club. Everything is condensed yet spacious. There basketball court is on top floor by itself. Workout rooms for group classes are active.Sauna and steam room can get pretty hot. The jacuzzi and spa jets work great.Can also work out as long as your endurance free parking so don't have to worry about validating like some other spots.This location also have 4 heavy bags for boxing and mma .

They don’t keep the facility clean, pool and jacuzzi water are always dirty, and not filtered and maintained..
