Forsure the dirtiest gym in the valley , even planet fitness takes the time to clean up regularly. Waste of money

I was hoping this would be my new main gym but it was crowded and machines were kind of old. Although what I did like was their pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Pool was big and clean. There were plenty cardio machines. Furthermore the customer service was great. Chelsea who helped me at the front desk gave me excellent customer service. She was alone running back and forth to helping as many customers as she could. I would recommend this gym if you are not a serious weight lifter. Thanks Chelsea

The worst experience ever , 04/05/23 at 3:15 pm the girl who is at the front is very rude i live in burbank but in my ID it’s says my older adress so she refused me to try the gym and i have the pass for 3 days trial she refused she didn’t wanted to know she just said no i can’t try . So rude ! I will never come back . Terrible experience. I do not recommend . Please hire nice and professional employees.

1st day at this gym and already a let down. Hella packed, people don’t rerack their weights, cleaning staff no where to be found….. HELP!

I used to love this gym pre-Covid. I switched to LA Fitness and have had a much better experience. Although 24 hour fitness has great equipment for working out, their facilities are very filthy (especially the locker room). I doubt they have any janitorial staff anymore. LA Fitness is much cleaner.

Decently clean and functioning. Needs some TLC and a nice deep cleaning. Equipment is usually functional and moderately clean.Remember to bring flip flops and a towel if you plan on washing off afterwards. 24hour fitness no longer provides towels service at any location. The elevator and stairwell from the upstairs parking lot is a mess as well.24 hr fitness please clean up your establishment.

So rude ! I will never come back . Terrible experience. I do not recommend . Please hire nice and professional employees and also learn how to hire qualified people because the interview are made for that supposedly to see if the person fit the job but here the proof is no.If during the trial we have some issues like that for sure I will not enroll the membership that is the baseline of management.

I have been coming to this 24 hour fitness since August 2022. I come in during the morning hours and have never had an issue with the staff nor machines. I shower at the gym so it is important for the Locker room to be clean. I must say it is clean and I have not had issues at 5-6am. Guillermo seems to be in charge of the cleaning duties.Overall my time here has been pleasant to say the least.

Place is nice rude unhelpful staff went to start a trial membership and met with the worst lady truly makes me not wanna go back
