Been an OTF member since 2018 and love it. Best way to get in a full body workout with cardio AND strength. Started going to West Cary regularly a few months ago and am almost always able to get into the class times I want. Love Coach Deuce and Alison!!

It is such a welcoming environment with a very sweet staff. The space is very clean and the coaches are all encouraging and amazing! Always feel accomplished after the classes:)

I love this studio especially the desk staff!! I love the energy that the staff and coaches bring. My only complaint is that there needs to be more fans in the floor area. If they had some in the corners I think that would help the air flow during the classes a lot. Overall I’d highly recommend this studio!

Been going to OTF for over a year and I am still as addicted as ever! Amazing coaches and each class is different, I never get bored. Scheduling is so easy through the app and the music gets me up and pumped! Love it so much!

I’ve been a member since January and I love this gym. The coaches are great! They are energetic, engaging and give great direction. The front desk staff is super friendly and always welcomes you with a smile. I highly recommend this gym especially for those that want a complete workout within 1 hr. It works awesome for me!

Overall, I feel great! I usually walk in my neighborhood, however after joining Orangetheory, my workouts have increased my energy levels. The staff, coaches and everyone seems cool and the gym is a nice size. Also, the equipment is easy to use. I would recommend this gym to anyone.
