This place is fantastic. All the coaches are knowledgeable and are great at pushing you to do your best. The culture of this place is positive and supportive of one another. I've been going for a few months and have seen significant results. Highly recommend!

I joined BPR earlier this year after having been a client of CrossFit Dallas Central (BPRs original gym) nearly 15 years ago. I had been a member of Equinox pre Covid. Post Covid wanted a real community and a dedicated coach. So far my metrics (strength, bmi, % body fat) are all improving in meaningful ways. Shout out to the whole coaching staff and especially Coach Finn.

If you’re looking to improve fitness, meet new people, and learn how to level up; BPR is the place. I feel really fortunate to be part of this community. The BPR coaching staff will make you feel welcomed and fired up. Everyone is ready to help you hit goals and your assigned coach is consistently helping you map out a plan to get there. The facilities have everything you need and none of the BS you don’t. Awesome place.

I wish I could give 10 stars. I can't overstate what a GAME-CHANGER it has been to join BPR. As someone with a herniated disc, I have been floored by how thoughtfully their personalized approach (shoutout Marcela Bruce) has helped me simultaneously rehab and build foundational strength, pushing me without risk of injury. The coaches could not be more insightful, thoughtful and encouraging, creating an environment where all feel welcome no matter where we are on our wellness journey. And the classes + community of people are terrific. Joining has been one of the best decisions I've made recently (shout out Elissa Monaco) and BPR has become an indispensable part of my life. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
