Mila is AWESOME. She always greets with a smile and positive attitude. Mila is always making sure the facility is clean and the members needs are taken care of. I look forward to going to the gym knowing it is clean and inviting during these trying times thanks to employees like Mila.

Southbyry. It's a shame you choose to make it so hard to cancel. Certified letters or USPS mailed letter to cancel are just uncalled for.Take a customer call, verify identity, cancel the agreement and wish people well. We'll be back. Don't use have a policy that makes it difficult to cancel while you just keep billing. You know we need to cancel. You know we are not coming. You will lose customers forever. Especially in a business where customers go hot and cold on gym memberships. You also show no sense of community when you burn your neighbors. Make it easier to cancel. This is not helping you.

Live the gym and the staff, however the Tanning “bed”bulbs on the bottom need changing. I went in twice now and was freezing both times when I got out. I mentioned it to the staff after both times tanning. I had to go tan elsewhere just to warm up.I hope this fats corrected soon. I enjoy the full use of a gym and all that it has to offer.

Having a black card I have gone to many CT PF locations, but this one is pretty much up there with the best. They also have 3 hydro massage beds/chairs which is a plus and one more than all the others. I was iffy on going to the gym mid pandemic but this location is fairly vacant most of the time. All in all I’m satisfied with not having to drive to Waterbury for my workouts.

I love love LOVE planet fitness in Southbury before covid. I could go late at night when I got back from work (I don’t work typical 9-5) and get a good workout in. Additionally, the staff here are always super friendly and are constantly wiping down equipment.I have started tentatively going back into my gym (Southbury). I was happy that a lot of machines were closed off to maintain social distancing, but the hours are different so that the club closes at 10pm instead of 11pm (I REALLY needed that extra hour at night).The only people actually wearing a mask is the staff. Other members walk around freely without a mask (which is fine if you’re in your own private space at your machine, but NOT okay when you’re walking 2 feet away from me and you see that I’m visibly upset) and I have had several men step in purposely close to me for NO reason and violate the 6 foot distance rule.I really love how clean it is and how friendly the staff are, but I am a bit upset that the masks aren’t more strictly enforced and other members aren’t social distancing (which I totally understand the actions of the members are not Planet Fitness’s responsibility). I really wish you guys would open back up to the regular hours, or at least have that bar graph that shows the how busy the location is at a certain time.

Black Card member since October 2019. Friendly staff. Always very clean. Not terribly crowded most of the time. For the price you pay it's a major win. Everyone who is complaining about professionalism of staff, I have a hard time believing. As far as the cancellation policy goes, that's pretty standard for most gyms. Read your contracts people. Would be great if there were free weight barbell options, but I'm not sure if any Planet Fitness has that sort of equipment. 5/5 stars.

I can't wait until you guys have a grand opening of planet fitness in southbury. I'm very excited about it.
