This is the best 24 hour fitness I've been to yet. Clean and the Zumba instructors are amazing.

Great gym, with classes, pool access, hot tub and sauna for around 30 buck a month. Hard to beat it

Awesome group of people work out here but the facility is old (roof leaks all over the gym when it rains, clocks have been broken or wrong for over a year)and employees don't seem too motivated to help keep the place clean and in order on the overnight shift.

It's alright if you need a place to workout, but if you can afford it lifetime is much nicerEdit: lost about $150 to them b/c of paperwork technicalities, won't be taking my buisness here.

This gym is old, dirty and the equipment is barely functioning. I bought the Costco membership deal, so for $16 a month..not bad but this place defiantly needs a reno, and or deep clean!

ZERO sanitation upkeep. It reeks so bad in there that it makes my clothes stink. The kids club is usually understaffed. Sauna and other equipment consistently out of service with no sense of urgency to fix it. Oh, and did I forget to mention that it REEKS in there!

Wide selection of equipment, but the cardio machines are not very well kept and only a select few have working HR features. The resistance equipment is nice and the CrossFit style cage adds to the options at your disposal, but you better know what you're doing before you start because nobody is going to fix your form for free.

I enjoy this gym. Could be cleaner, could use some enthusiastic trainers... they all look drained and quiet. The 24 on Bedford Plaza has very energetic trainers that get others pumped just by being enthusiastic during their sessions and competing amongst themselves. Otherwise, good service and my kiddos love the Kid's Club.

ATTENTION PARENTS: Arrived with my 4 year old, bought kids club pass. Went to the back and they told me they were currently at capacity and unable to let my child in. Waited 15 mins and they were still not able to find another adult. This is during peak hours when they should be prepared. Went to get refund at the front desk and they told me they couldn't because there was no manager working. An hour of my day wasted and no workout! Plenty of other accommodating gyms out there to join, don't waste your time and money with 24.

Meh. The treadmills and stair machines are constantly broken and this is a very busy gym so at peak times good luck. The main floor is had a bit of a small footprint so you always have to dodge people working out as you walk through then hope no one bumps you as you workout. The bathrooms are nasty. Overpriced to put up with such issues. Otherwise the trainers are good and actually know what they are doing.
