Stop calling the gym “24 hour” if I’m going to get kicked out at 9PM. Unacceptable.Edit: one year later they’re closing at 8PM on Sunday, and also have the wrong hours posted claiming to be open 24/7. How annoying and misleading.

It was great except covid messed with gravity!! The weights got heavier!

Great customer service and amenities. Full size basketball court, sauna, two lane pool, steam room

False advertising! Hasn’t maintained a 24 Hour operating schedule for a long time and has no plans to do so.

I sign up so I can use the hot tub just to find out the hot tub doesn’t work. This is Southlake‼️ Get it Together‼️

FALSE ADVERTISING. They are not open 24 HOURS. THEY CLOSE AT 9 PM and then open at 5 AM. THEY NEED TO CHANGE THEIR NAME TO 16 HOUR FITNESS. TAKE THE 24 HR FITNESS SIGNS DOWN. SO IF YOU WORK NIGHTS ,THEY DON'T CARE OR THINK YOU EXIST. FIND A REAL GYM THAT IS OPEN 24 HRS.

Pretty good. Not bad for a newer facility. The same with a lot of the companies - they could get the old steppers in there - not the newer ones.

Management, particularly manager, Chasity was extremely unprofessional and I could not recommend this fitness center because of the management. I hope to have better luck at another place but will never go here again.

The reduced hours have been in place long enough. Closing at 9 pm is insufficient.Hours changed to closing at 10pm mon-thur deserves two more stars but still not ideal.

The place has gone down hill and bathrooms are dirty, wet area dirty, dry sauna nasty. Management is lazy, no paper towels or cleaning materials to wipe machines. They are never refilled.
