Gold's Gym Tierra Este

The weights are fine, kinda hard for those to be poor. But the treadmills are a crime against humanity. I tried no less than SEVEN treadmills and EVERY SINGLE ONE cut out dead about three minutes into the run, nearly causing me to faceplant on the machine. Utter disaster. Canceling the membership ASAP.

I love the variety of machines and the dedicated gym goers. The only downside I have is that some cardio equipment is often broke down and that the weights often times need to be re-racked. This is a place I love to go to and earn it. Also, you have to gamble if the gym opener will be on time or not. There have been a handful of times I have been when it's supposed to open where there are a good number of people waiting for the facility to open half an hour later.

Gym is great! Coming from Austin this gym quality and size is so much bigger and state of the art equipment. Great sauna and overall vibe in the gym

When I enrolled to Gold’s Gym Tierra EsteThe customer service was excellent and gym is very clean and sanitized. Instructors were very helpful when I asked how to use a weight machine. Staff at the front desk gave me a bandaid when I had a open wound.Just a reminder to stretch before using a machine cause I didn’t know I had an open wound.

I'm taking the best cycling class down there with Kat!! Even being in the military don't prepare you enough for her class so I strongly recommend your attendance if you are ever interested in cycling. The workout is very challenging and she is super motivating, she is just the best!!!

I wanted to say that when Crystal and Mike open at 4am they make being at the gym a better atmosphere because they are always smiling even when they are cleaning up after the night shift. I have been a loyal member since you first opened on Wedgewood. I have to say that there are a few people that work for you who go above and beyond. They are Crystal, Mike, Andrew. They are always cleaning when they open. No matter what they are doing they are smiling and friendly. I think you need more hard working employees like that. Shout out to Crystal for taking care of the gym at 4am. 5/23/2023. 🙏🏽 Keep up your hard work and thank you for keep our gym clean.

Alma’s spin class is absolutely amazing!!! Well worth getting up early in the morning to attend. Her class alone is worth a Golds membership

Great facility, welcoming and friendly staff, very clean! Had a great workout on my visit in El paso!

I can’t complain about this gym. It is clean and machines are well taken care of. Over all I love it. However, they only allow one person at a time in the sauna, and when I go to the front desk to ask for the keys there is no one there. Today I waited for over 15 minutes for someone to show up to give me the key. This is not the first time something like this happens, and I understand they are busy, but to leave the front desk unattended for that long when the sauna is locked is very inconvenient.

Went to get a leg pump work out while being in El Paso, stopped at Golds.. Dudes Roman and David at the front desk where badass.. walked me thru the gym and showed me the floor plan… highly recommend this spot.. but
