I have been pleased with every location I've been to. It is exactly what I've expected. I don't have any delusions regarding a "perfect" gym experience so crowded gyms and waiting on machines is a tolerable hindrance. I enjoy seeing first timers and gym pro's working out. In a perfect world the machines would be repaired in a much more timely manner, but again...no gym is perfect!

Was on a lay over at a near by hotel and I called to get a day pass. Xavier was very helpful with me getting my pass and very friendly making me feel welcomed. Xavier customer service was great. And the gym itself was so clean..That I was amazed being that I ran a L.A fitness for over 6 years. This Planet fitness had all I needed to get a good sweat on before my travel. Thanks Xavier for being cool and helpful. Stay safe

Nice place to work out. Free weights are limited in room / space that allows one to use free weights without interrupting someone else’s free weight workout. The space is just too crapped and it’s an easy fix. This facility uses paper towels when many other PF locations use cotton rags in order to save paper waste. It’s a disinfects- you can use a reusable rag. Room for improvement, but decent and affordable.

It’s required to wear masks and staff could care less that no one working out is wearing one ! I was one of few that had a mask on! I usually go to the west side planet and i feel way safer there , also it’s less packed over there ! Here is way too packed

I usually don't come to this Planet Fitness. But, its close to my work. I'm quite disappointed. Facility is dirty, machines need to be cleaned. I'll stick to the 54 Planet Fitness. Customer service is great!

I have been going to this location for about two weeks and it's great! I came from Georgia and was worried about finding a location where I felt comfortable. I intended to visit a couple of other locations but there is no need to. love this location. It's missing a few things that my location in Georgia has but I'm gonna give this spot a GO!

I'm obsessed with this place. There is so much more than just access to the gym equipment. The manager there is an amazing human being, very understanding, customer service oriented and willing to go the extra mile for the members. It's a huge change from the previous managers they have had, most of them so utterly rude and not willing to help.Thank you for adding this wonderful human being to your team.

Its a great starting point to improve one's health! Everyone is focused on their own stuff, ive never had any issues here, you may want to try to go in the mornings since it does get full later in the day
