The only issue is the lockeroom. It's too small and ppl are bogarting the lockers. There are grey master locks that have been on most of the locks for at least two weeks. Today, there is a guy walking in and out shaking one of the locks. You might want to check them.

Went here with my mom, as we are visiting from Arizona. The afternoon staff were unwelcoming and very rude to us. Very disappointing as we go to many planet fitness and never have issues till now...

Went this morning Jan 2 straight to rowing machine. Both were broke. I went to the counter and asked the staff to put a out of order sign on the equipment. Other members said the equipment has been broke for some time, the place was dirty. They are taking money from my account after I've ask them to stop. They continue doing this and don't want to give refunds. How many seniors are getting Ripped of with Silver sneakers ðŸ¤ðŸ¤ Post this

Brand new facility, BRAND new, open less than a month. Five stair climbers out of order. Dirty equipment all around. Just gross and poor management.
