Nice setup lots of aerobic machines and weight machines. Free weights available. However, they still are not allowing anyone to use the showers.

Thank you for responding to my review. This was my last attempt to get somebody to help me resolve my problem.I had requested for my membership to be cancelled since we had the situation with COVID . I had gotten my membership with my sister who had to be going to a gym due to a request from her insurance and I had decided to get it with her since I was her caretaker to motivate her going and exercising but in order for me to be allowed to do this I had to pay 10 .83dlls extra and had them withdraw auto from my account. When the gym was closed due to COVID I called and try to cancel the account but was convinced to just freeze the account, then we realize that with my sister being high risk I was not going to be able to take her again I called to asked to be cancelled. This time the person I talked to agreed and said they will do the cancellation and for me to go to the Pebble hills gym and they would refund my money for July but I had to go in person and talk to the manager. I called that place several times asking for the manager but I was never lucky to speak to him/her so I just left it.This morning I see a charge of $10.83 again and I called and was told my account was still active and was frozen for 2 months.. I try to explain and they said that they didn’t have no notes on the account and that they were going to cancel it but no refund of my money.I didn’t think I had to record my conversation every time I called as prove that I wanted to cancel.I even asked if they needed a letter from my sisters Doctor saying she was high risk.I have no money since I had to stay home with my kids and this withdraws left me on the negative.I asked to speak to the manager because I was told she could only do the refund but no luck only excuses of her being busy or they just left me on the line waiting.Hope and appreciate your help in this matter. And I am sorry for the en convince but right now times are hard and every penny counts.SincerelyMarisela G.Sent from my iPhoneSent from my iPhone

When are you going back to regular hours or open a little later? I know we live in some rather unusual times, other gyms are back to regular hours or 24hours, one of the biggest reasons I got a planet fitness membership was because of the convenience of going late at night after work, thank you all for keeping it safe and clean

I like this gym. There's always quite a few people present, but machines are open, and most exercise machines have multiple stations. My first time back since before COVID19 today; I was suprised that masks were optional. It's up to the customers to clean the machines themselves, but there's plenty of cleaning stations. The back massage chairs for "black card members" are fantastic!

I hadn't gone for a while. So when I went a couple of days ago, I needed some assistance with the new app. A very nice young man named Adrian helped me and even found the channel with the Olympics, since I was missing it. He was dealing with a very argumentative client when I got there. Adrian remained calm and professional. Great experience!

Recently a friend of mine has been having trouble with the staff because they have been acting rude & unprofessional towards her. My friend asked me to join her to talk to the assistant manager & the manager was not helpful at all. She tried convincing my friend to not make a complaint & tried to convince her to let her talk to her staff instead. At the beginning of the conversation, my friend stated that she wanted to speak with the manager in private about a concern that she had regarding the staff members at this gym & when we were leaving, the manager went ahead & proceeded to tell her staff about the PRIVATE matter that my friend wanted to speak to her about. Shortly after we left the gym, one of the staff members tried to contact my friend regarding the complaint.

I hadn't been to the gym in a couple of months because Covid positive cases were back on the rise. I finally went back on 9/11/21(a Saturday morning) and it was perfect. There weren't many people there, so there was enough space to social distance and I felt comfortable being there. I don't know about the weekdays, but weekend mornings are good.
