I honestly love this gym, prices and promotions are incredible. Be careful there is always a 50$ fee for entering plus your monthly gym subcription. The reason I give them 4 stars because the need punching bag or something also and by the 50$ fee.

I would give a 5 but customer service in the morning is terrible. Got a trainer that doesn't acknowledge people. And staff will sometimes give you the cold shoulder, They are too busy chit chatting and shooting the breeze.

This gym is by far the best one I've been too staff is friendly the trainers are awesome overall gd experience and it's not always full as EP fitness

Cool place, moved out of the city and called to cancel my membership can't do it over the phone, have to mail a letter so it's kinda inconvenient

Just moved here from Denver and they never have paper towels. I asked if they could restock and they told me they ran out of paper Towels and not to worry about wiping down the machines??? Its not the first time I've encoutered that in the 2 weeks I've gone ..Sorry but that's very unsanitary will be closing my membership after my year term is over.

I pay the yearly rate and they still want to charge me Nancy she is very rude they been getting my payment very month and I haven't even gone in and then Nancy was rude and she told me I couldnt go in cuz suppose I didn't pay I even show her my bank statement and then the personal trainer don't even help you train they are working out on there own very rude people this happen in pebble hill I don't know about the rest of them JUST RUDE PEOPLE WORKIN THERE THEY OVER CHARGE U AND THEY DON'T LET U IN EVEN THOUGH U SHOW THEM THE PROVE
