I’ve been coming to this planet fitness for 1 year 1/2 and since i started i feel very comfortable the staff are very nice and kind.i’ve been to other gyms but this one is my favorite plus is near my house gym is always clean and the restrooms as well. There are shady people that will steal your phone and keys. I just had to raise my voice to two guys trying take my stuff off the treadmill on their way out of the gym. Keep your hands to yourself.

I went in about a month ago and there were people on the treadmills without masks. I went into the water massage bed room and left.

*****UPDATE****...NO LOVE FROM CORP OR LOCAL MGMTLOOKS LIKE I WAS RIGHT. MY HOME GYM PATRONS ARE NOT UP TO PAR WITH OTHER MORE AFFLUENT PARTS OF TOWN THAT HAVE NOT 1..BUT 2 WATER FILTERS INSTALLED.......SAD!!!!Planet fitness in the 915 is the best.However my home gym does not apparently deserve filtered water. When I inquired from management was told too many headaches with the system. I asked why other locations had 2 "headache filters" in those locations for their patrons to use. I then asked if pebble hills was somehow a lesser location and why their patrons don't deserve the same services as other locations. 2 months have passed and we continued to drink dirty chlorine laced water. This is unacceptable!!

Great and friendly staff. Clean facility with all the essentials for a neighborhood gym. They were very kind and thoughtful especially regarding the recent pandemic. As a fitness enthusiast I highly recommend this gym.

Fun staff here, they remember your face and name if you make a little conversation and usually crack a few jokes. The gym is clean and well organized (legs machine on one side, machines for upper body on the other). I’ve never been here when it’s not busy, but unlike other planet fitnesses, even when it is busy it’s still possible to find a treadmill or machine. Plenty of parking outside.
