Planet fitness as a company is trash. Extremely difficult to cancel a membership if you are traveling or move out of the state you started up in. Plus hidden fees and cancellations time limits that they could take their time on and get you to pay more despite the reason that’s why you need to cancel. Avoid a gym membership here

Management at this gym is friendly. The gym is clean and down time on equipment repairs is short when compared to other PF gyms. And there are four water fountains instead of just two! Today, between 2:00 and 3:00 pm, a young lady took 28 minutes to do three sets of 12 reps on the seated leg press. That is 1.5 minutes of exercise and 26.5 minutes of surfing/shopping on the internet. Management told me others have brought this up also, but what is one to do? Is it time to post signs asking members to be mindful of their time on the equipment? If members could be mindful of their time on the equipment, this gym could be better.

Great facility. I love the hydro massage, tanning, and massage chairs. They have all the equipment for a great workout.

Truly a judgement free zone. Love the perks of being a black card member. Lots more equipment than before Covid. Lots of options to keep the workouts interesting

Please stop hiring idi0ts on your staff. In case you're not aware you're not a monopoly. There are multiple other gyms available to take over your clients. Great view of the Franklin mountains and Juarez though. Best part was when i canceled my membership with pf.

They don't allow you to freeze your membership unless in person, even if you're out of country.

I love this gym. It is always clean and the customer service is great! The reason for me giving a 2 star review is because the massageChairs are NEVER working, or at least95% of the time to be fair. Personally, i enjoy the benefits of the black card members so I don’t think it is fair for us, as clients.
