Sunday September 5th at approximately 8:00 at the Montwood gym I requested to use the massage area. The girl in the front said sorry but I don't know how to use the system. I asked is there someone that does? Her answer was yes but she is out there cleaning. So I went to look for her and didn't find her. After waiting for about 10 mins she came out of the janitor room. As I'm walking out very upset, a lady asked to use the massage area and the same girl logged in and let her in!! I was shocked!!! I guess being a male she was unwilling to give me access. So you pay for black card membership, but it all depends on who is working that will let you use your privileges.

There is nothing better than to visit the newly remodeled Planet Fitness at 5700 Mesa. The trainer there is phenomenal. He went above and beyond with me. He helped me a great deal with my training, making me realize that I wasn't as hopeless as I thought. He pushes and motivates you, without ever giving up on you. I couldn't assist the last trainings because I was extra busy at work but boy am I indebted to him.

Went for the first time and had a simple request, to update my account to reflect that this would be my new home gym as I have just moved to the area. The two employees I spoke with adamantly refused to help me on their end as have other locations when I have moved. They insisted on me editing my own account under the guise of "it's just easier if you do it". I don't pay to have to also do the employees jobs also.

They ruined my favorite gym.. I used to drive 15min just to workout at this location it used to look like a temple with a nice vibe.They close the gym 2months for remodeling so when they re open I went and it is very unpleasant to workout, now is just a huge storage with a bunch of machines piled up (machines in bad condition too). I don't know how smart the manager had to be to transform a good gym into garbage.

Update: I have been using this gym throughout the years and it's been great! The staff are friendly. I do want to add when I was moving out, I stopped by to ask if I can transfer my membership to another city since I have the annual plan and I can't transfer online. The manager (I'm sorry I forgot your name) was very helpful and told me although they can't do the transfer (out-of-network), they can give me credit for what I've paid for a black card membership and then I can transfer to another gym after three months. Thank you and I really appreciate the help.Brought the $99 a year contract online, which is a good deal. I go to this gym regularly and, so far, it is great. The staff are very friendly and gave me a tour the first time I went there.

Clean gym, new everything which is great, helpful and friendly staff. I must say that even other members that share this gym are considerate with the equipment we all share, everyone wipes the equipment after use and for the most part they put their weights back. My opinion is based on the many times I have attended this and other Westside locations on low and high traffic hours. Enjoy your visit.

Always greeted warmly and they always remember who i was... that really meant something... was not just another face. Love to work out in the dark room.

Clean, spacious and not crowded at all. Bummer that the beautiful fountain they have displayed isn't functioning.

Browhoes are not caring about the elderly. They're by all means not using protective masks at all times. They're even coughing on all surfaces. Just beware. These people are not smart at all. The COVID19 survival is based on the smartest ones not the strongest ones.

Left El Paso 3 years ago and had been charged since then, its supper difficult to cancel and staff is f useless to help you with your problem, i just got charged another 42 dlls for another year that I haven’t been living in El Paso worst experience i have ever had in any situation, been paying a membership that i dont use for 3 years because of their incapability to do their job correctly!
