UPDATE: The rules are never enforced. If morons dropping weights, having their insipid cell phone conversations in your ear, and having to sit in other people's sweat appeals to you, this is the filthy dump for you. This happens while staff stands at the front desk doing nothing. Cheers.Huge mistake joining. In EP working temporarily and thought this would be a decent place to workout. While the staff is friendly, they do not enforce cell phone rules, nor do they tell members to wipe down machines. The maintenance man in the AM is too busy eating to bother to replace towels in dispensers. Same employee cusses in Spanish if asked to do his job. Front desk staff is too busy socializing with members to check me in. You will sweat to death; NEVER HAVE AIR CONDITIONER ON. I heard supervisor say two units were out that have yet to be fixed. Don even think about streaming music over their faulty wifi. Can't wait for contract to expire. DO NOT JOIN!

Unhappy. Never given tour. Staff is disrespectful. Secret membership fee. Cancelling is difficult unless you pay a lot even though allegedly its no contract. Manager has no customer service skills and has been outright disrespectful to me on many occasions. Cant call corporate since this location is independent owned. I tried to cancel manager says I have to come in and also pay which I already did by certified mail months before! Been paying for months and not going. Knowing how they treated me, she should have taken care of it. Update: hmm contract? That the girl never gave me? I waited 3 hrs while she ignored me. All the reviews of them standing around chatting are correct. She asked me to sit and I literally tweeted with pics the whole wait time and what staff was doing! Where was this contract? Hidden in my online request for information? Cause I was supposed to be able to set an appointment. But apparently my time meant nothing. The old manager at least apologized. The last time I went it was a rude lady who went out of her way to say I hadn’t paid. I mean loud and embarrassing. I went to call the manager discretely turns out that was the manager! Oh and when I pulled up my credit card statement on my phone she didn't apologize. I had also updated my card number. Turns out the staff had not updated it for the MEMBERSHIP FEE which somehow they had my expired card number from last year while also billing the new card correctly. Update 2: still being billed. I called for help, and the person who answered at 6 AM or so, said that they don’t know the number to corporate and that’s who I would have to call or I could come in and pay yet another 50 something dollar cancellation fee. He also goes on to say how he sees that I have not been in months. When I asked if he was a manager, he said no. And I asked him why did he waste my time instead of just saying the manager is not there and taking a message for her to call me back. So now we’re several months in and I’m still getting billed .

I love the machines at this location! Bathrooms are always decent. The only reason as to why I’m not giving it 5 stars is because of the staff!! They’re so rude, not helpful at all and never pay attention to us the customers! They’re always socializing with their friends as if they were at home and just completely ignore us. If we have any questions they completely ignore us and give us an attitude. They’re always on their phone, a l w a y s.

I LOVE the hours. However, only one leg press and no free barbells kinda bum me out. Other than the the staff is very attentive and respectful and everyone there is so nice (they keep to themselves mostly, which I like). Still not diggin the whole one year contract thing, but it's an investment. Bring your card! This place is cashless.

I'm here at 6 on October 24 2018. The gym is closed. The sign says 12am -9 pm. This is ridiculous your sign does reflect your hours . I'm very dissatisfied with planet fitness.

The Sunland gym is a purple gold's gym with a planet fitness price. It's awesome but it is crowd. Especially on Monday

If you want to work out and do your routine, you have to wait for teens to get off their phones, because there is no one telling them that they can use their phones when they are in the lobby area, not on the machines and plus there is inly 2 of those mach8nes and ine of them is out of service

Clean, not crowded (weekdays before 5pm), good variety of machines, plenty of free weights and benches, several options for cardio in two rooms

Love it here, people are nice. Most machines work, you have one here and there that don't. Plenty of stuff to do even when its packed. Love that they just replaced the stair masters.

Good gym equipment and best assortment in town but the staff ruin the environment. Theyre constantly socializing and spending their time on their phones at the front desk, but god forbid you bring in a backpack; then they hunt you down like the SS. They seem to arbitrarily enforce the “lunk alarm” for honest accidents while ignoring intimidating muscleheads that they seem to be friends with. Go to the location on resler, much better experience.Also, they dont check very well when they close up on sundays at 7, and waste no time. Got locked in and had to exit a fire door.
