Great place to work out. Sometimes a little too busy. It has gotten better. Nice remodel. Noticing less people just hanging out on their phones. Thanks.

So out of all planet fitness ive seen been to or reviewed this is my favorite from the freindly staff to the area and freedom you have. By far out of all planets this has been the best love that dark room with machines

They don't really care for the community. They charge you without warning it is going to go up. And charged a 20 dollar cancellation fee on top of that. They make it super difficult to cancel because you have to go into the the gym to cancel. They like to overcharge that is why they can afford the low start up. If I could give negative stars I would.

This gym was recently remodeled, but you really can’t tell. There’s too few machines that are spread too far apart and there’s a fountain in the center that doesn’t work serving no purpose. They also don’t have any 1/2 pound weights on the squat machines so you’ll have to go up or down in weight. Go elsewhere for a great workout!

One of the better PF's I've been to. Only one that actually sounds the "lunk alarm". It's super annoying, distracting, and ironically the exact definition of judgment.

Restrooms and bathrooms not so clean the shower can't be use I will take pictures next time but it's a shame because the place is cool

The new staff that work there are terrible and rude especially the staff that work at the afternoon. You should lower the age of people that can go in to 12. Manager is actually KIND OF NICE. Thats all

The owners of this El Paso franchise and all the locations within El Paso are greedy money hungry and inconsiderate wealthy snobs. Why have they not built one in the Lower East? Smaller cities in smaller markets have a consideration for the community and build them in places where the whole community is able to benefit from such facilities. Smaller markets in Texas are open 24 hours a day on Fridays and on the weekends and you mean to tell me that a big city like El Paso cannot at least have one location remain open 24 hours including weekends. Again smaller cities offer this for their community. Truly disgusting and money hungry! I'm shocked that corporate has not made them open at least one location 24 hours for weekend availability like every other city (and small towns) do.. a vile disgusting owner whoever he or she or they are.

Staff was very nice and friendly. Place looks very clean and organized. Members appear to respect the equipment and show good gym etiquette.

Very unkind staff!Dirty gym facilities!Broken down machine!Looker rooms are being worked on, and it’s so inappropriate to have construction guy in the looker rooms. So far one star is what you get rated.
