This gym is awesome! The employees are super nice, this is gym is super accessible! The people keep their personal space and usually keep their areas clean, although sometimes it is frustrating when you are about to use a machine and someone decides to sit on that machine and use their phone for 15+ minutes. I also get a bit concerned about the car break ins, it's very common in that parking lot but maybe it could be monitored better! Overall a great gym to come to :)

Well worth $11/month. Always clean, welcoming staff. One of the best parts is that they offer two of each of the most commonly used machines, so you don't have to wait too long to get to your favorite excerise machine.

I've been to enough gyms to know that if you want to have a casual workout that this is the place to go. Seems that most PF have the same machines so I'm not basing this review on that. But where this one falls short is the locker rooms. The restooms are not well maintained and the lockers are at least 40% broken.

Nice gym and all but their customer service wasn't what I considered up to par. Yes they said hi when I walked through the door, but that's about it. I have visited quite a bit of these gyms not too long ago and while some were nice and clean, not all of them had the best customer service. I feel that they could use a little more improvement in the way of customer service.

I dont normally write reviews, but I want to give 5 stars to this gym. Its clean, and Courtney at the front desk excels in customer service! He goes above & beyond in helping when there is any issue. He is always greeting people with positive energy, learns your name & makes you feel welcome & comfortable.

I will start with the good things: clean place, new machines, good prices, friendly staff, especially on the weekends. Here are the things that I do not think are good and should be looked at : I have been there before Planet Fitness (Fitness Revolution) and I have never seen a place that constantly changes managers, staff. There have been five (5) good managers, many good staff members many excellent trainers (Cheyenne, T.J) and all of them are gone. My question is why do you keep changing people which are good? Also, I do believe that some staff and MANAGEMENT needs H.R training: there is a lack and this needs to improve to attract more people at the Gym. OVERALL: GREAT PLACE. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

Bad customer service, OK gym facilities. The little kids at front desk dont have good customer service training. Yes they have to tell you to have a good day when you leave the gym but it's not sincere because when you really need help they make you wait, roll their eyes, or worse..dont look at you in the eye. Tip: if you're on the phone and a customer walks in, ask the person on the phone if you can put them on hold for like 2 seconds and at least acknowledge the person right in front of you, especially if you know its not going to be a short call, like a payment dispute. Please dont wait until you have a long line of people waiting to check in.

I love this place. Everyone is so nice and helpful. The equipment is well maintained and plenty of variety. There are lots of different types of people who work out here. Young, old, thin, fat, all genders, all races, etc. My friend who has multiple disabilities loves coming here.

It's a good gym and can't beat the price. The gym has been closed a lot as of lately due to "plumbing issues" and once yesterday due to weather. Wondering why they have so many recurrent plumbing issues that require the facility to close often for multiple days. Would like to see a decline bench for sit-ups and some step stools/boxes.

The gym has turned all purple. The old equipment is all gone. A lot of complaining at first. Everyone seemed to have a favorite piece of equipment that was taken away. I think all are used to the very nice new equipment. Including myself.And Last but not least. Glad to see Lilly back and working there during her school break. She is a very energetic and friendly young lady. Planet Fitness, I hope you are taking good care of her. You are lucky to have her back.
