Just went to sign up for the full package. Put all my information in credit card and everything then at the very end they want your checking account information also.So I canceled it. Not giving them a credit card and my checking account.. very deceitful in a shady way to do business having both accounts. Was looking forward to signing up my wife and I.

Very poor customer service starting from management to front desk.I had to froze my membership back in the fall of 2022 due to health conditions, Possibly facing a back surgery. Before my three month freeze extension expired, I called again to put back on the freeze for three more months I was told it will be just fine and taken care of. Little did I know, nothing was done and I was charged membership that month. I called again right away, the front desk Personnel apologized, and said sorry we can’t give you a refund for this month but will freeze it again. Well, you would think it’s all been taken care of, here we go again month goes by, another charge shows up in my bank account.This time I decided to show up at the location and talk to the manager, all that I heard from her, there’s no documentation on the file from the previous phone calls, and nobody extended the account to be frozen. Also cannot reversed any payments so here we go again same story again.I’m writing this to bringing awareness how you can get screwed by the management in this location. The manager was with attitude and very poor customer service skills…

Can you please add a sign on the entry that tells the customers “Please don’t sit on a machine and play on your phone for extended amounts of time if the same piece of equipment is not available for other users”Thanks

We thank PF-Federal way for being there because its service is essential to us.The many variety of exercise equipment is amazing and are really good for the body.If I compare PF-Federal Way (FW) with PF-Milton, PF-FW has many more specialized exercise equipment, probably 30% more exercise equipment.Also PF-FW facility space is bigger than PF-Milton.Same is true when comparing to LA Fitness-FW. LA Fitness- Federal Way facility space is smaller.Planet Fitness-FW has more variety of exercise equipment and bigger facility space for better ambiance.Also PF-FW hydro massage machines are more reliable.Also the facility and exercise equipment in PF-FW seem more newer and better than in PF-Milton and LA Fitness-Federal Way.Thank you PF-FW.Even if the PF-FW membership fee were to triple, we may still come to PF-FW because of all the specialized exercise equipment and more reliable hydro massage machines.Thank you PF-FW

I quit to go to this gym because some people paying only $10 and think they owned the machines and not allowing you to use it for an hour and so, I complained twice over my couple months membership but staff and managers seems like do not care to step in at the time you ask for, however it’s a clean gym and it’s the only positive thing I can tell.Staff are friendly BUT not helpful to solve problems!!

Planet Fitness delivers exactly what is says, judgement free zone with ample exercise equipment, lots of room and friendly staff. Convenient location

My friends come here and it’s very close to my house. So I finally changed fromLA to planet fitness, I have been here for about 4 months on and off not very frequent but last two times the facility is not very clean and smells weird. Specially today, the cleaning stations (not only 1 but almost every single one) do not have any papers to wipe. It is even worse when the employees didn’t even do anything after we let them know.

The membership price is affordable shouldn't be equal to smelly place and no cleaning supplies. It's getting worse lately. There are sanitize bottle but no paper towels 😅. Maybe equipments either show error (with and without any signs) or making noises. People are wearing not appropriate shoes for working out, it's dangerous. Not all the staffs are friendly and helpful. There is a lady tho she is very nice. She is the only one I see walking around to check, clean and restock the cleaning supplies. I do not recommend this specific location if your immune system weak.

Pretty good needs the showers cleaned and a sauna but the people are nice and work outs are what you make of them and I’d say the best 10-20 dollars you can invest w time

Absolutely horrible place! The staff talked very poorly about all the other sites and that his gym was the best. Only for me to walk into one of the tanning rooms and it was disgustingly filthy. That smell burns the nose it was so horrible. Whoever used it last didn’t wipe it down and on top of that it stunk so bad when those fans were blowing that are supposed to blow cool fresh air. That tells me that machine never gets clean. The whole back room horrendously stunk. That is the worst PF I have ever been to. I will never come to this location ever again let alone suggest it. By far the best one is Auburn, wa location. The staff are friendly and super nice and they’re not super pushy about you spending your money the minute you walk in the door for more stuff. He wouldn’t even let me go in to the tanning bed and required me to show him my protective eyewear. I was completely floored because at Auburn they don’t do that to me. They know I have my eyewear and they don’t require me to show them.
