They want your checking account information for direct withdrawal. This is unbelievably shady. The only reason they would want this is so that they can continue to charge you on their terms against your wishes and make it difficult for you to dispute (with credit cards, it is easy). Check Google and you can see many unhappy PF customers facing this exact problem of unauthorized withdrawals.

I have been trying to cancel my membership for over a year I have gone into the gym multiple times to cancel with no success please do not provide them with your account information because then it will be impossible to cancel. I have filled out the letter in person with no success. I have been paying for a membership that I have yet to use because I cannot cancel it I will be putting a formal complain

I like this fitness center, especially the young and enthusiastic staff. What's keeping me from giving it a 5-star is the showers. The showers are not very good. There's no tray to put your own stuff, e.g., bottle of conditioner, shampoo, etc. You have to put them on the wet floor which is unsanitary and disgusting! Some shower curtains are torn. Sometimes, there's no soap in the dispenser.

Very nice people, the behavior of the employees at this fitness is amazing. The gyms is nice and equipped well neath and clean.

So far I'm enjoying this gym. It's clean and the staff seem nice and friendly. I haven't used all their services yet but so far this is one.of the better gyms I've been to.

It's nice place to get a work out with friendly people that you meet.

I just switched to this location as my home gym, and so far, I am pretty satisfied. Ive always found the gym to be clean and had cleaning supplies. The gym has never been overly crowded. The machines have all worked great that I've used.The only thing I can really gripe about is the parking lot. The other day I went to exercise and someone who was loitering in their car started yelling at me aggressively for absolutely no reason. This made me uncertain about the safety of my vehicle. I told the person behind the desk, and he was very supportive, even going outside with me to see what vehicle it was. The worker even apologized for their behavior, which was super nice of them. Definitely make sure no valuables are in your vehicle and lock your car.

2.5 hours working out and it was great! Totally worth self fitness and staying in shape for a low price monthly 💪 …
