24 Hour Fitness

Filthy overall.I usually go to LA fitness but 24 is closer...Restrooms stink.Sauna is dirty AFBasketball courts have debris and dirt everywhere. I can't even dribble or shoot without small particles landing in my eyes or face.Management needs to step up their game and CARE a little bit more.

I had called the 24 hour fitness in Garden Grove and spoke to Liz on the phone and she had told me to come on in on the 30th. I had went in on that day and I had asked for Liz and the lady at the desk said that she was not there. But then she had asked me what I had set up with her so I had told Nora what I was told by Liz so then we had went over and got all the paperwork done. I am plugged in to the gym know. I really like Nora how she is very friendly and kind and courteous and respectful. The staff there are very nice.

Dirty and broke equipment... This location attracts the most rude and clueless clientele. Just plain over crowded and gross.

This is a great location. They have a variety of free weights and lots of machines, the restrooms for somewhat clean. Airflow here is decent they should add another fan. So far the best employees they greet you with a big smile and always have a positive attitude.

Usually 3 or 4 employees at the counter joking around ignoring customers. No management activity witnessed for the gym.I counted 6 working treadmills the other morning out of the maybe 25. Some had out of order signs, most did not.Many of the weight machines are like dinosaurs, I saw them in workout books as a child.For some reason there is always like a group of people near the exit door making it difficult to get out.Restrooms are filthy and appear to be straight out of a 1970's YMCA.I have visited on several occasions while working in the area over the years and not much has changed.

Sauna and pool area is kinda filthy/dirty and small but nice and hot. Gym is large and has a lots of weight area and lifting ares. I like the atmosphere. The location has Walmart across the parking lot so nice to come here once In a while even if this is not a closest location.

I’ve been going there since a long time and every time is getting worse, bad customer service and dirty restrooms. The lady on the reception not helpful at all, I brought my friend to get an idea and she made him to sign for another fitness network 😅 …

Came in for the first time ever! Arthur was a great help with getting signed up. He has a down to earth attitude and is very energetic and outgoing. I’ve been to a few other gyms and front desk people are such a drag.

I joined thinking it's open 24-7 because 24 hour fitness but coming to find out planet fitness is the one open 24-7 will be changing soon disappoinment
