Recently i moved from Illinois to texas and the staff were super helpful, made the process very easy to tranfer my black membership card from previous location to this one. Employees are really sweet, always greet with a smile. Facility is clean, definitely coming here.

I absolutely love coming here!! The staff makes you want to go back every day. They greet you and then however many days you come they notice and acknowledge that! It’s not a part of wanting to live a healthier lifestyle but it is certainly a plus. Also the equipment is clean, it’s spacious and with Covid-19 going on you see them walking around cleaning amongst other individuals cleaning as well!!! Amazing gym I would say my only complaint is there’s no sauna but I can live without it and for 10.83 (that’s with tax and no contract) I’m for sure fine with that!!

Love this location. General manager and staff are awesome. Patrons are friendly and you can meet people easily since it is a smaller gym.

So I recently signed up for the free teen membership for the summer and I’ve only been there one day and I will be going the next day that I’m writing this review, but I can already tell it’s a great place for anyone to workout as long as they have the drive to improve themselves.

Love the atmosphere up here! It's nice to go to a gym that has people who aren't just bodybuilders! Clean and friendly place! Great app too!

There is a reason why PF is the fastest growing gym franchise. No judgement, hassle free gyms and very affordable prices. If you just need to get a workout without the extras of more expensive gyms, then PF is the place for you. Their most expensive membership is the PF black card membership($22 per month), which gives you access to all PF gyms nationwide and access to the nice PF lounge area. I definitely recommend using the Hydro massage bed in the PF area. Also, don't miss their free pizza and bagel days once a month and free toothsie candy everyday that gives you that sugar energy rush after working out. I like PF gyms!.

I just move to the area & checking out all the planet fitness. This one's salesman gave me the hardest time, which will cause me not to join their franchise club , but I will join another location. He is the only one that keep tell me that my day pass expire twice because he could not do a simple math of the 28th minus 18th of January is 10 days, the pass is good for 2 weeks, didn't apologize after I explain in 5th grade math: 2 weeks is 14 days, 28-18=10days . Then want my ID, want to take my picture, which i dont understand why. then want my signature (which I understand for liability) . I ask him why is he giving me a hard time? he didn't say a single word! None of the other club did any of that, they only scan my bar code for the day pass & left me alone ; they took only 10 seconds, while this stupid receptionist took 10 minutes.

Liars. I tried to cancel my membership but they won’t let me. They claim that I have to pay a $58 buyout fee but my contract clearly states that I have a (0) minimum month term. Don’t let them scam bank like they scammed me. I’m calling my lawyers next.

Awesome place to workout. Open 24/7 so they fit anyone's schedule. I would recommend it to anyone starting to work out all the way to the fitness buff who just wants to stay/keep in shape. Lots of equipment to choose from.

The customer service is very poor. My 4 friends and I tried joining and they would not work with us on the fees. So no matter what plan u get it's still a rip off and then they try to add another $48.50 exactly 1 month after you join for "maintenance" fees. Wow.. you haven't even worked out here yet and they are already trying to bill you for 1 year's worth of using the equipment! I really wanted to join and my friends did also but this really discouraged us. And its not really about the money. So hey planet fitness It's about the principal.. atleast let your customers work out for 6 months dude before you try charging them for 4 months worth. Lol wow so ridiculous.
