Planet Fitness

This location has less features than others. I dont have any issues other than that with the location. It's really the membership I have issues with. I signed up using the wrong zip code. I cannot transfer locations until 90 days have passed. I want to cancel my membership. Yet it will cost nearly 70 dollars. If I want to downgrade to 10 dollars I cannot use the actual location near me. I have barely used the location I am closest to, because of the inconvenience. So I wasn't aware I was signing a contract. Go to another place.They will get you for money one way or another.

This location is trashy. There are 4 showers:The first is a nice looking handicap shower with no curtain(probably to prevent people from using it). The second has a broken shower head that shoots the water out the side and the light is missing. The third worked fine, so I had to wait for the only other person showering to finish. The fourth shower head was laying on the floor and the drain cover completely missing. As well, the water temperature will not adjust, you get a hard stream of really hot water. None of the restroom was clean while a group of employees stood behind the counter talking to each other.

Before going to planet fitness I had heard many bad things about it, however after going for a week I can say that this gym is of great quality. The gym is clean, not too busy, and you can be sure that you’ll be comfortable. I highly recommend coming to this planet fitness!

I used to go to the one Irving, but i moved to Garland. Wish i was still in Irving. It stinks! Literally! It was hot and humid. The other one had a water dispenser for bottle filling. I asked where theirs was and she looked at me like I was stupid and said, "You mean a water fountain?" Most of the toilet stalls were out of toilet paper and the trash can was overflowing. I will try the Dallas location or drive all the way back to Irving before coming here again.

Family friendly, no judgement zone.Not really for the avid body builder or person who wants to show off their muscles, but, if you are looking for a good starter gym..this is a good place to go.

I come here with my daughter. We both love it. It's always very clean, staff is really nice and helpful. No complaints.

This is my home club; they have everything I need to do what I need. It’s truly a different type of club-anyone can come here for their own fitness needs and feel comfortable-people here are serious about their fitness and staff is willing to show you the ropes.

Great place to work out, blow off steam, destress, body build, etc. A No judgement zone. Offer different levels of membership, depending on your needs.free weights, Nautilus equipment, exercise balls, a 30 minute work out room, works every muscle in 30 minutes. Lockers, locker room, showers, massage chairs, hydro massage, tanning beds. Track your work outs with their app.

Bigger isn’t always better, big parking lot but people dont know how to drive apparently my truck was hit while i met up with my friend here nothing major I was able to buff it out but the same goes for inside the gym, etiquette is not there, and staff doesn’t leave the counter, I never understood how gyms are heavily staffed behind the counter but the equipment is falling apart or just plain dirty. Needless to say, didn’t go back to this place.
