Twice now I've had them double charge me and tell me that they couldn't see it from their side when I showed them my bank statement that showed then they had pulled funds out of my account. I'm giving 2 stars because the employees were always really nice but I will be taking my business else where as they never really solved the problem just told me they don't do refunds and to call my bank

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The facility is also always very clean. I wish every planet fitness had the tanning beds that this one offers as well. I used to go to the other Gastonia location but drive the extra 10 minutes to go to this one now because of all these things.

I really enjoy going into this location everyday because it's always clean. The staff is always very friendly and courteous. I really like that they call you by name when you go in and they treat you like you're a part of their PF family! They always go the extra mile. I would always recommend this location to everyone I know.
