It is useless to people who don't put or can't put apps on their phones, go back to the key cards , I wasted my time signing up when I can't put the app on my phone to be able to use the facility

I really enjoy Planet Fitness. It's perfect for someone like me who is looking to get fit and be healthy. The staff is very friendly and helpful... the facility is clean and accommodating... other members are courteous and mindful.

2 blonde chicks and red hair guy that worked 1/13/23 night were rude and unpleasant. If you guys are going to close early maybe making a 30 minute announcement before closing would be a great idea 🤷🏽♀️ completely ignored us while we said have a great night and apologizing for keeping them in there 13 more minutes even though we know they heard us. The one on new hope is better anyway.
