First time visit to any Planet Fitness, staff were friendly and informative. Setting up my account and signing in went smoothly and quickly. I had a guest and having them sign in and the process for that also quickly . First visit of many that is for sure

The cleanest planet fitness I’ve ever been to! All of the equipment is on the new side, comfortable, and works well. It’s spacious, and the staff are attentive.

People in there ate awesome. People working out doesn't pay you no attention. They doing they own thing. Really like it there

When I first visited this location it was under a buddy pass and my visit was pleasant, however as a full fledged member visiting from another PF gym I felt shunned and like the access to over 2000+ gym location of the Planet Fitness membership was not honored.This is only location so far that I have encountered that requires photo identification verification after checking in from my device. I was led to believe that because this is a franchisee location they operate slightly different then the other locations.I expect to be max verified when applying for a credit application not to gain entry into a gym that's associated with a preexisting service agreement that's billing me every month already. This was embarrassing and a waste of time and gas as I drove 30 mintues to get here.I switched clothes before heading out to come here, and didn't switch my wallet over when I did and as a result although I've paid my hard earned 💰 for a membership that GUARANTEED access to over 2000+ gyms I was denied entry. So being as I am the real Shameak H. My Planet Fitness app location data will say that I have checked into this gym, but it will not tell the true story of how I was denied access to any of the amenities or gym.So please be advised if you are visiting from another gym outside of the Shelby, Belmont, Gastonia area carry your DL or state ID or something that shows your name and picture or you will not be permitted to enjoy the perks of your membership.Additionally during my visit none of the staff was masked. The gym was very crowded upon my visit so this stood out as other locations with less crowded gyms were still in compliance with local and state mandates to protect the public safety from super spreader situations.

Fantastic location to spend time working out in. I've found the staff friendly and helpful, which is very important to me. It's been clean on every visit and usually crowded, which is a time saver. This is the PF I've felt most comfortable at, despite having a membership for years. I've even found the members to be respectful. Extremely pleased with this location, it's a place of peace for me. Highly recommend.

Map says I'm above the realm and that the Antarctica of s right above our sky of cartoon color. So is that were they put me so the Creator can't see or find me??

Hands down the best staffing and cleanest environment I’ve ever worked out in. I see staff constantly sanitizing and wiping down everything the entire time I’m in there. I 100% recommend this location !
