I love this place. The workers make me feel like I'm the only customer. Greet me by my name everyday and answer any questions I have. They keep the place so so clean and are constantly wiping things down. As far as the mask policy, I get it. I read other reviews and I can't see that as true. I once, accidentally, approached an employee with my mask on my ear and he politely said "ma'am can you please use your mask?" Before the conversation started. I have seen everyone using masks while walking around and everyone wiping down what they use or touch.Overall this place is great. I've never felt more welcome or motivated to get in shape. People don't give you weird looks or laugh when you're figuring out how to use a machine. 5 star facility for sure!!

I have been with planner fitness for about 6 years. And I love it. I wouldn't trade the atmosphere and the staff for anything.

It has the same equipment as most PFs, pretty typical for what you'd expect. It's kept clean, the staff is great and the amenities are nice. I do wish more was done to get people to follow mask policy (I think the only time it's really enforced is on entry, people walk around the gym without it pretty regularly).Aside from that, it's a great place to workout. It's generally not too busy, which makes social distancing easier.

This place is a nightmare. They know nothing about customer service and will do nothing but lie and charge you random fees. Still waiting on my refunds!
