They just tried to charge me a 15$ late fee due to an error on their end. Even provided bank statements with balances and proof they're was no charge from planet fitness to the account.

Planet fitness staff are courteous and attentive to the needs of the customers. They regularly clean and maintain the equipment. It truly is a "Judgment Free Zone"!

The staff is always nice and welcoming. The gym itself is always clean. I go in the mornings and there is always lots of machines open.

I have no reservations in recommending this PF location in Gastonia. The facility is ALWAYS clean both on the floor of the center and in the locker room. The staff has been helpful and friendly upon entering, exiting and while I'm there. As of this writing, January 9, 2022, the machines have been upgraded and all are in good working order. I have recommended this facility to others previously and would do so again. This facility is head and shoulders above the rest for the cost.

Make sure you committed to go other wise it’s going to be a hassle. I signed up online, now that I have a new job my schedule is fuller and I won’t be able to go like I was so I wanted to cancel membership. I amBeing told that I have to go into the building to cancel when I didn’t go in the building to start my membership. Very in convenient if you askMe.

If you are already a member check your bank statements. Planet fitness has been doubling my monthly fee and refuse to refund me the difference. After speaking with several managers still no resolve. I thought that this gym was decent until I found out they were stealing funds from my account.

This planet fitness is very large and accommodating. Great staff and very knowledgeable about the machines and the proper way to use them. Came away very satisfied. Highly recommend the black card and using the hydro massage.
