You couldn't ask for a better staff at this facility. However, this gym was closed recently for just a few days for what I thought would a project to make it even better. I have no idea who, or what the head of this project was thinking. What did occur in this project was a facility that is significantly less user friendly and not nearly as cool and inviting as it was. I'll show a little grace here, just in time for school. E-.Chad

This planet fitness was not my home gym so when I arrived I had many questions. I was also out of town the week prior to where I also attended another PF. At your location , the attendant at the register was very friendly, knowledgeable, and polite! She had all the answers to my questions and even looked some things up for me about my account. I can’t remember her name and I wish I could but she did an awesome job assisting me. The facility itself was top notch, well laid out and clean, especially the locker room and locker room restroom. I would 10/10 come back and recommend!

I've been a member at 2 other planet fitnesses in 2 other states before I moved to NC & Tbh I had issues with the other 2 but not as bad as this one. Because of this 1 I will NEVER step foot in another plant finess again! I'd rather go to an expensive gym & pay $50 - $100 more & rather travel to a whole another city if I have to, Just to avoid planet fitness! They was extremely rude & racist to me. I reported the front desk lady to the manager but of course nothing was done.

7 years and no new workout equipment ..but they can change the color of the wall paper and a break room for the employees..took away the 24/7 and now they have 24/5, witch is really 24/4. USE to only be closed on Christmas and new years now there closed for every holiday...buy hey the price is still the same ...somebody's got pay for that wall paper .

I have been a member for several years and do not require additional attention. However, my wife recently joined and wasn't provided even a basic walk through or tutorial of how things worked.Good employees are apparently proving difficult to find in all markets

I was having an issue with being double charged for my membership from a non franchise Planet Fitness and they were very rude and not helpful at all. I then called and spoke with Amanda the Manager at my home club in Gastonia. She was extremely kind, professional, and wanted to make sure that I had a great experience when dealing with her club. She did that and much more!! I had originally planned on switching my home club, but after speaking with her, I'm not going anywhere!! I love interacting with people who enjoy their jobs, love where they work, and respect and value their customers. Job well done Amanda!!
