I only gave 3 stars because of 3 things. The music is way too loud, especially in the locker room as well as it is bad music. There is no fan in the locker room so after someone takes a shower it is so hot and muggy that you begin to sweat again. The biggest reason I haven't rated it 5 stars is they are not open but 4 days 24 hours it needs to go back to how it was before covid what we all pay for. As far as the staff they are great and very friendly.

Very rude attitude and behavior I received from the lady who works there with the name Carrie . She ran behind me and didn’t even say hi . She said you don’t belong to this gym . I asked why . She was rushing everything and didn’t even try to help me to transfer to this gym . Talked to her manager and her manager just apologized that’s all , she were busy cleaning the windows . Other than that I worked out few times before the 2 guys were there were very friendly and helpful .Place said no judgment zone . And she were so rude . I really don’t know what’s bothering her .Also she was like you have a balance, I said no worries here my card . She was really rude and just don’t wanna help . Idk if she’s not trained well to use the computer.Customer service should be number 1 in at gyms .Not with Carrie .

This location is always clean, the staff is always friendly, and there’s plenty of equipment to use. I almost never have to wait for a machine or amenity and if i do, the wait is short. Great value for the membership fee!

Amazing staff! They remember you right away, are extremely helpful with all questions, and don’t bother you at all. Very clean gym with no broken equipment. Tanning rooms are very clean. Great selection of tanning lotion. All around great atmosphere.I just wish they were open 24 hours. Oh, and a sauna would be awesome!

It is a pleasant place. where everyone can exercise, and they respect your. very clean space and very friendly, staff.

Garrett was fantastic! Made me feel completely heard and seen! Set me up for success and made sure I didn't feel alone. I really appreciate his help! The gym was clean and everyone was nice. All the equipment looked to be in great condition and was cleaned regularly by the clients and the employees. I can't wait to go back!

This is one of the best planet fitness gyms I've went to. They have a clean facility , Great friendly staff, & it's not that busy so that's a huge bonus. The showers actually get hot and they clean them on the regular. Have not had any issues at this gym. The only downside would be the parking. Everything else is great. Highly recommend this gym.

It was great, new to the area andfirst time there, very clean, all the equipment looked very new, everyone was wearing Mask and social distancing. Hopefully I can stay faithful and keep going trying to trim down.

I enjoy coming with my granddaughter..I'm her cheerleader as she work out.(I only work out 30min😊). seeing the staff help and keeping things cleaned and wipe down quickly even after u have.. …

Just took a tour of the gym with an employee named Diggs and he was very honest and professional! He showed me all the cool things about joining the gym and I was impressed with everything they had to offer! If you are looking to take a tour I would ask for Diggs because he is the man!! I’ll definitely be joining this gym.
