Planet Fitness

Would give zero stars but I can't. Planet fitness is a rip off. I've only had my account for a month and a half and have paid over $140 in membership charges. I though I was getting a $10 membership for $10 a month. But what I really got was a bunch of random charges they couldn't even tell me what for. I cancelled my account and was still charged. I attempted to do a stop payment with my bank. This also was unsuccessful because they changed their name from planet fitness membership to ABC fitness. These are the worse people to deal with. Reps only could tell me I understand your frustrations but there isn't anything we can do. NEVER using planet fitness again.

Nicest PF I’ve ever been too! It’s super clean, the staff is very friendly, and they are taking health & safety precautious very seriously. The team is constantly refilling sanitizing stations and disinfecting equipment. Love this gym!

I travel a lot for work and use different Planet fitness all the time. This one is a little bigger than a lot of them. Very clean and employees are super nice. Equipment is well maintained. Will be going back to this one when I'm back in this area.

The staff is extremely friendly and the facility is very clean. It does seem that more and more people are spending time on the equipment while using their phone to access the internet or text. I'm not sure what can be done about this. I think it goes on at every gym.

This was all new to me. I was greeted as soon as I stepped foot inside. A young lady in Belmont clubAlexis. I'm pretty sure was her name Was very professional, happy to answer all my questions, took the time to show me all around..It was a very pleasant experience. If I wasn't already a club member. I would have become one that dayAlexis, you rock

This PF is very clean and I have never felt judged by anyone at this location. The staff are very friendly and inviting. I do not understand why there are so many people on here that are having problems. Many of these problems would never have happened if they had kept their masks on. There are many signs that encourage masks and cleaning. Even when you walk in the staff reminds you to keep them up in a friendly way as to not be rude at all. AndO saw another review about stolen valuables. In the locker room there are plenty of signs saying to lock your valuables and that it is not PF responsibility for stolen valuables. Even if there weren’t signs it is common sense to lock your valuables. If people could just read there would be mostly 5 stars.

The facility is always clean. The staff is friendly. The equipment I use have always been in good working condition. The TVs are set on different stations allowing more viewing options to include more that one news channel. Just one negative observation, the huge clock on the wall near the 12-minute abs section did not work for several weeks. Thanks for finally getting it running again!

Today was my first time there, i loved the equipment and the employees were super nice....and when i went to gt my belongings out of locker all that was left was my car keys thankfully! I bought a lock there and like a dummy i left sticker on the back not even thinking about someome picking it up and looking for code and stealing it but thats what happened😕 i didnt bother telling the workers because its my own fault, seriously...what kind of person searches all the padalocks in the locker room???

I am very upset with the service I received tonight. For one being that I have recently broken my back in December so I am extremely limited to things I am able to partake in. So I am cake in to use the hydro massage bed. Afterwards I thought maybe a little bit of tanning will help be a mood lifter as I am so limited on physical tasks I am able to do. I asked the man at the counter about tanning lotions and he brushes my questions of and gets on the phone. At this point I feel like I am wasting my money paying for this place every month. Who looks at someone that is trying to speak with them and then just bluntly ignores them. I guess This guy does. Sorry PF I don’t think I can continue to come here anymore. As I do not feel welcome.
