I love my PF location in Belmont, NC. It is always super clean and very well maintained. The Staff have always been super pleasant, helpful and eager to assist if needed. I would recommend to anyone!

Well I'm more of a real gym guy but this place is close to where I live and they have some excellent staff here. One in particular named CJ does an outstanding job and deserves to have much higher position. I myself may even try and hire him as his customer service is unmatched and his passion for fitness is intoxicating. He goes above and beyond the call of duty and myself and many customers are very grateful to have him around.

I've been a black card member for nearly a year now. The whole time that I've been a member my wife has been going as my guest. She has been able to use the massage chairs along with me. Tonight we went to work out and when we asked about using the chairs was told she no longer could. Not happy at all. Should have been told before now.

I just want to say that this is the place to go!!The Staff are Great, I really like the warm Treatment shown by everyone I myself like the message tables and chairs, helps the aches and pains feel better, The Equipment is well taken care of and Clean & the Staff always there for You !! I appreciate the courtesy shown by Taylor & Cliff I always look forward to a pleasant experience at Planet Fitness Center Belmont!!!

Clean, friendly staff, overall decent. I travel a lot and have been to several planet fitness locations. This location has some minor rules that are different. Not allowed to jump rope, bothered me the most. It’s smaller location so they say it’s for safety.

Go as my husband's guest - entire facility is always clean, staff is friendly, polite, helpful and very approachable. I enjoy the 30 minute workout area. As of January I can no longer partake in his GOLD CARD benefits though. Bummed about that! Still love the variety and cleanliness.

I'm writing this review just to give a shout out the the beyond friendly front desk guy. He is younger with short brown hair. One of THE nicest people working a front desk anywhere. Just thought he should be recognized. He is always in a good mood, just knew who I was in advance and called me by my name. People like him make people feel good, and I see him doing it every single time I am here.

Great customer service. Only had one problem with my billing but the supervisor took care of it. Decent variety of equipment. Only downside is that it can get busy at times.

I have gone to this gym since they opened. l usually go in do my thing and leave. Then they hired this person with an attitude at the desk. I would come in and she would just glare at me. At first it was a little hi in a ,low voice which is fine. Then one day I came in and she stood back from the desk and wouldn't sign me in . I reached over the counter and signed in. Things didn't get any better after that. If she decided to do her job she would hesitate and turn her head short of rolling her eyes.This happened several times.I decided to change locations but every time I thought about it I just got teed off and had to get it off my chest .

Can’t beat it for the low monthly price. Let’s be realistic, you will sign up, go like crazy for a few months, then go again from Jan to Feb for your new year resolution, again a couple of weeks at the beginning of summer ( shorts feel tight), again in October when that fall suit coat seems to have shrunk in the closet. My point? For the low $20 bucks a month you can afford to keep making the monthly payment. Or you could go all the time and take advantage of the clean gym, massage chairs/beds, suntan beds, and great full body workouts.
