So I joined this gym in Feb 2023 bc online it said with a premium membership ($25) and up, grants you access to extra benefits in the gym but most importantly 24/7 access to the gym. This was convenient due to work and the reason decided to join. I never received notifications or by staff about the gym changing its hours to staff only and now no longer 24 hrs. So now you must be forced to work out during high peak hours. It's not a bad gym and has good equipment, just sucks that the hours changed. If it's not going to be 24 hrs at least change staff hours to 4am- Midnight.

2 stars are only for the equipment and layout of the gym. Very disappointed. We pay for the 24/7 membership for the last 2 years and we’re told we are not allowed to come anymore 24/7. Yet, other club 4 fitness are open 24/7 still. So to workout 24/7 (night shift nurse here), I would have to drive over 45 minutes to another club 4. Do better. Makes no sense.

A little upset they took away the 24 hours, that was the only reason I got the 25 dollar membership.

Just signed up for tanning. The 1st guy was really nice. Twice I've been and girls have checked me in. They are rude and not helpful at all. I went yesterday and the guy was really nice. Thankfully it's only for a shirt time...

the GM is rude and dismissive. I couldn’t even tell you what his name is because when I tried to get information about the NEW rules at his gym he literally walked up and waited for me to speak. When I asked him why he was being so hostile when I was speaking to him he said it’s because we kept circling around the question I asked him and his employee. The only reason the GM had to be involved was because prior to him I kept getting different answers on what I could access with my membership. When I started at this gym the premium would give you access to the gym 24/7, you had access to Cardio 2 room, the studio, and the cycling room. As long as a class wasn’t in session. (So really you get a better bang for your buck if you just choose the $10 membership.) because now you can no longer come in after hours, you can’t use the studio unless for a class, and you can’t use the cycling room unless there is a class. (The classes are virtual les mills cycling classes BUT it’s the same classes every week and for only being able to use the cycling room when class is in session they don’t have many time options.) because of the time slots and limited class selection I downloaded the les mills app to do the virtual cycling classes in the studio. Since now you can no longer use the cycle room they have moved 3 broken cycle bikes to a open area that is completely uncomfortable to cycle. (If you cycle you know)I didn’t even get to make it to the point of asking for the basic package membership because of the deficiency of empathy. At this point I would just like to cancel my membership and find another local gym. I left my phone number so I could speak to someone above him because of the lack of professionalism.I have yet to receive a call from upper management.

Since I joined the gym in 2022, I started my membership with the 24hr access plan, which costs $25/monthly. This allowed me to access the gym at any time of the day/night - which I’ve grown accustomed to going in at 2:40am - Today 03/09/2023, I could not access the gym and was forced to look up a 24hr gym near by and get a membership so I can workout early.I called same day at 5am to ask if there was a problem with my account and found out that they changed the policy March 1st (note that I came in this past Tuesday 03/07/2023 at 3:15am and was able to workout). I asked the kind lady over the phone if I’ll be getting charged the amount of the basic plan which is $10-$15/monthly and she said no because I can access the gym as early as 4am and basic membership plans can access at 5am staff hours…. That’s literally 1hr of a difference, definitely not worth the extra $10. I’ll be calling the general manager Philip Suero today to discuss this matter with him and to better plan policy change notifications to the members. Greatly disappointed and will consider canceling my membership. Also, please restock the paper towel dispensers, majority of them are empty most of the times.

Gave them the benefit of the doubt and called inquiring a membership, although the reviews aren’t that great. Yakira answered the phone, and hung up very rudely while I was still talking. Poor customer service.
