This gym is steals money from you. They charge you for 24/7 access but are not longer open 24/7. The staff are very rude and unprofessional.

I got the membership with 24/7 access. Apparently they're not even open 24/7 ☹️ I love going in there when it's half empty because of my social anxiety.

It's a 3 star just because I got the premium subscription that allowed 24/7 use of the gym. Turns out that 15 days after wife and I subscribe, they ended up turning the gym in a "regular" schedule gym. Even though the sign still says 24 hour

Phillip & Lisette always make me feel welcome! I can tell Lisette loves her job, she never looks upset or bothered. Always has a smile on her face and happy to help!The Daycare Center is awesome and very professional. My baby loves them all!The gym overall is very clean, and has great equipment!

Started off as a really good gym with 24/7 hour access. Then suddenly they are no longer 24/7 and still charge you the same. No explanation as to why or heads up. I never received any app or email notification of them taking away 24/7 access or reason why because all other CLUB4 gyms still have 24/7. And to make it worse it is almost impossible to get through to a representative when you have to cancel! Will take you forever!

You want to sign up?! We'll EXPECT. Ladies if your looking for a all ladies workout room expect a little small room with so little equipment.You can expect rudeness No sympathy nor understanding & cluelessness.The Customer Member 800 number is a waste of time. Expect to be transferred plenty of times & listing to their annoying long automated system. So expect to become frustrated. I spoke with management at this location & got no sympathy no understanding for my membership issue. Mind you in the beginning my issue was not with him. I was very frustrated with my long horrible experience with customer members & this manager became so defensive. It wasn't even about him nor was I complaining about him. At the end of our call he ended up making a condescending passive aggressive comment about my issue. My issue was a huge misunderstanding that was handled very poorly.For the owner or management staff who is thinking of replying to this review. Don't comment with apologies & your contact information to resolve my issue. Just do better. My membership with this company is over. I'd be stupid to stay a member. I can do without the stress & chaos of this company. 👎

The club use to be good till they started limiting the hours. I wanted to cancel and now they make you do it over the phone. The customer service representatives purposely route you to the wrong department so that you can’t cancel . Lol dirty business procedures

The thing is I’m not driving 30 min to another club4 that offers 24/7 when this one can just go back to being 24hrs. This establishment is losing customers for the lack of customer service. The solution? Go back to 24 hrs. Simple. Won’t be long until this gym I’m particular is no longer profitable. Listen to your customers.
