Great Assistant Manager and General Manager are a plus ! The staff is very friendly and very helpful.I never thought I would like to train in a gym but Michael Pina completely changed my perspective on this. He is a great trainer, and pushes you to your limit. Knowing that he has a coaching background ,will explain it all when you train with him. I strongly recommend to train with Michael, you will not regret it.

This place is nice and open spaces with tons of equipment. Very clean and friendly service. Their water fountain was down last night but they gave me a free water to make up for it, definitely got some points for that. 👍🏻 …

Customer service over here is very poor! I called and asked of what email I have on their file because I forgot and the front desk can’t provide it because she needs to ask the supervisor and she’s new. She asked me if I want to transfer or why I am asking it. That’s stupid! That’s none of your business. I have 10 different emails and some of it is more than hundred messages that I don’t have enough time to open. I worked with accepting emails from my company and she want me to go in there personally so that she can provide me the email! I already provided her my phone number and my name. What else do they need I can provide everything including my card number associated with my account. It is just that the customer service is mediocre and don’t know how to handle simple situations like that. The reason I need my email is I came up with PF site that needs email for review. I was there in the bathroom and I can’t see a toilet paper. All three toilet were empty. I went every where looking for it until I went to the sink even tissue paper for wet hands and everything is empty! I saw the maintenance guy in the bathroom and I knew that he knows everything is empty and he still went up to throw the garbage without thinking of some people that needs it. Very clean! Nice place, wish they had ceiling fans like the other gyms. Get really hot in there But have great air conditioning very cold. Message water chairs are the best! Stand up tanning beds 2 also 2 tanning beds. Now open 24 hrs! Woohoo! Lol

This gym is outstanding!!!!There's sooo much clean, functional equipment! The restrooms and showers are clean and NICE! The staff is GREAT! Nigel, the manager, is AWESOME!.During peak time, there was a variety of cardio and weight equipment still available!!! I also like the special area (less noise) for stretching and or working on mats.

I've read some of the complaints and thought...which rep are they talking about?..I've gone to this gym for a year now and have been met time and time again with nothing but friendly staff. Its always clean and if something isn't right they never hesitated to fix it..planet fitness isn't for the super body builder, but the average Joe w will do fine

Staff is not helpful at all. I cancelled my membership early last month and I am still being charged a monthly fee. When I speak to the staff, I'm told you need to speak to a manager. When I spoke to the manager (Stephanie), I was told that you need to speak to a DIFFERENT manager, and that manager is not here. When I call back the NEXT day, I'm told that the manager is on the property, but she is not available. Customer service rating is 0. If this app would allow me to click 0 stars, I would.

Absolutely love this gym, I've been a black card member since April 2016 and have had no problems with the machines, the staff always keep everything clean and are super friendly, they recently remodeled the whole gym along with a new entrance. Would recommend!

I stopped coming here recently. It is difficult to do any kind of routine at this gym. The machines always have people just sitting and talking on them. The weights are always being hoarded. The staff doesn't do anything but sit behind the counter. I didn't feel like this was my gym. If you want to cancel your membership they do not make it easy. I liked Planet Fitness because of the price, I am sure it is great for a more leisure work out but if you are serious about making a change, I would recommend finding a different gym.

I've belonged to Anytime Fitness and 24 Hour Fitness in the past but this gym is my favorite. There are lots of machines and weights so even at 5pm it's easy to get through your routine. The place is huge with lots of variety in equipment and areas. Plus the massage beds/chairs are a really nice touch. The staff works hard to keep everything clean and are just awesome in general. They are always friendly and quick to help, especially Bri. She's the best!
