Everything was clean except the warm up/stretching room. The floors are pretty disgusting. When was the last time they buffered the floors in that room anyways?! Yuck. I hope they clean it soon!

This 24 Hour GYM has the best customer service. They are very intelligent, helpful and jolly especially night receptionist named Leila. She is so wonderful, I called multiple times and she didn't get upset helped me with most positive vibes and with a joyfullness as if the night is day time, awaken hours. She sounds like such a bright soul while it is the sleeping hours, she sounded so fresh and awake and happy sprit on the phone that her service brought smile to my face and I didn't feel embarrassed or guilty for calling so many times and keep asking questions. She is a true Angel and is very delightful for the 24hour GYM, company. I hope she will be at better place soon with her career, we need more intelligent and joyfull people like Leila. People say that planet fitness isn't a good gym but I don't think that's true. If you know what to do, where to go and how to do it than any gym is good. Also it's clean and it looks nice.

Have been a member since before the pandemic but have not been since the lock down 1.5 years ago. I recently went to take care of administrative stuff on my membership and seeing all the equipment has motivated to get back working out. The facility was very empty and not many were working out.

- I Literally love this place.- The staff is VERY responsible with the cleanliness of this space.- They abide by social distancing and make everyone feel comfortable coming to work out here.- Always warm greetings and goodbyes.- Sure to leave with with a great body high.

Cheap and good gym. Staff is average, machines are very good for the price. The variety of equipment there stuns me. There are good facilities such as restrooms, lockers and water fountains (closed during Covid so bring your own bottle and u can fill it there)

It's not perfect, but the staff is chill and very friendly. They have a solid variety of equipment, they're open 24hrs on weekdays, and lockers/showers are clean and fairly maintained. Very affordable as well!

Planet Fitness already has a bad rep., but this takes the cake!Who doesn't allow gym bags on the floor. Hayward planet fitness is horrible experienceIt's a gym!!!!

I like this place a lot. Usually the staff is very friendly. Depending on the time you go in. I didnt have a good customer experience when (what it seems like) planet fitness hiried teenagers or freshmen in college. Idk I had a feeling like they where judging me. But whatever. I try to to be there when they are working there usually they don't keep up with the paper towels or equipment cleaner so I can wipe down the machines before and after use.It seems like no matter what time I go into the gym most of the equipment is available to use. I have the black card membership which is the best!!!I just wish they can supply towels instead of bringing my own. But over all this place is amazing.

Great gym. I'm a college student so I prefer this gym since it is very affordable. I pay $23/month for the black card membership. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Only issue is that it smells putrid in the mens locker/shower room. I go to the gym 4-5 days a week & at least 2x a day, & the toilets always have urine all over them. Use a urinal if you can't aim. Otherwise I have no complaints. Equipment is always working and gets the job done. I've been a member for almost 3 years now and I love it.
