Why do I have to wait 20 minutes to use the smith machines here. Why is it always packed... way 2 busy. I already canceled my membership there is BLACK mold the air vents enjoy breathing that in. Also they have had a water leak for WEEKS and if u look above you can see MOLD! THERE IS MOLD you are breathing in that cluster f of a gym

It's ok and does the job, but the equipment looks like it hasn't been updated in 30 years. I miss the fans on the treadmills and stair climbers, plus all the cool little workout selections. The tanning beds are also severely outdated and sound & feel like they're going to explode. Probably not worth keeping/signing up for the black card. With no real air circulation, it also gets pretty stuffy. Good selection on retail & drinks at least?

One of the best gyms around Hayward in terms of cost - service. The staff is very friendly and nice. I always find it clean and everything in its place. I just wish people would be more considerate with the employees. Sometimes they just leave the weights in the middle of the area.Good thing: they have a huge stair when you are entering so you can start your warm up in and finish your cool down out.Parking lot is maintained very well.

It's a gym I just wish there was more equipment and less cardio machines because there are always cardio machines available. Equipment area has too many people just sitting on machines versus working out. There are no TVs while waiting for equipment and it's best to let someone know your waiting for next.

I used to frequent this Planet Fitness in 2013-2014 before I joined the Air Force. Always had a good experience with the staff and facility. Purchased a day pass this past week because my base gym was closed. The woman at the front desk was an amazing help! Normally the day pass is $20. She gave me a military discount and reminded me to take a photo of my receipt to apply credit towards the monthly membership. Looking forward to signing up for another longterm membership.Pros-Clean bathroom/shower area-All machines are in working order-Plenty of cardio equipment-Spacious enough so you don’t feel clustered when working outCons-Walking up the stairs after your workout lol
