Such a scam they will charge u on a different due date sometimes a year and can lead to overdraft fees. Also u have to cancel in store meaning no cancellation online so no easy access to canceling so u just forget about it and keep paying. My payments are supposed to be on the 17th which I had my money in the 16th for that and when I didn’t realize they hadn’t charged me on that day I spent a little money the 18th then they charged me the 20th with a 35$ courtesy overdraft fee. So I guess they can charge u when they feel like it. No refund either. Don’t do it save u the money and time and go somewhere cheaper and less crowded

Lots of equipment but the black card amenities (message chair, hydro bed and total body) seem to break down a lot.

I've been going consistently since the 1st and have started to become more confident and the trainer really helps me alot. Now I look forward to going everyday

*beware of lockers* had my lock broken off of the locker I was using and had my wallet stolen today. The staff were very helpful in assisting me (5/5). I've been using PF for 5 or so years and have never had an issue with theft until now.

I've been going to this gym for about 2 years now and it's absolutely amazing! They keep it super clean and if you have any questions about the machine you're trying to use they're quick to answer any questions and even show you how the machines work! They're always friendly and you feel absolutely no judgment going in! No matter how unexperienced you are no matter how big you are or small it doesn't matter they take care of you!

I walked in (7pm)and went up to the front desk to inquire about joining the gym, and the two ladies there ignored myself and the person that I was with. The ladies helped two people before us, so when we stepped up, they walked to the back counter and started talking to each other. We had to call them up to help us.I have since joined, and I must say, after joining all of my experiences with the early morning, staff have been pleasant. I am enjoying it thus far*Addition added 3/23... If you have a manager reply back via phone, please at least act like you care.
