In my 8 years of being a member of Lifetime Fitness, I have NEVER EVER EVER been told I can’t shoot with my father... Let alone get KICKED OUT, which just happened. Very disappointed with the general manager that works here. I have seen many children doing things with their parents and nothing has ever been said. Just because I’m 25 years old that shouldn’t justify anything.

I’m really surprised at all the negative reviews!! We’ve just passed our one year mark of being members and we really couldn’t be happier! I have three kids 3,6,&7 years old who love the day care so much that they ask me to go to the gym everyday (it’s the BEST motivation). From Ms. Jen, Ms. Joe, Mr. Luis and Mr. Evan (amongst so many other!) in day care to Pamela who signed us up and gives the girls hugs every single day all the way to Jordan In the cafe who remembers my order- I have zero complaints. There was a time that the basketballs were all broken and terrible so I sent in a request online for it to be addressed and someone called me right away letting me know they working on it...and there were new balls a week later!! I was really impressed. I have no intentions of leaving.

This review is nothing against the employees of the facility. I canceled my membership two days ago after being a member for years. The corporate policy regarding C19 is unscientific and illogical. Decades of peer reviewed medical studies have demonstrated that masks do not prevent/slow the spread of viral respiratory illnesses. There is also no correlation between mask orders and improved outcomes. Germany, Poland, Austria and so many other country's data has proven this.Lifetime Fitness is also no longer allowing those with medical disabilities to be exempt. Discrimination isn't ok.They have signs all over the gym that say "wear a mask until actively exercising." Meanwhile, members are breathing hard and heavy on the stairclimber, treadmill, during high intensity training, and in the free weights area. All of these activities are spray clouds of microscopic droplets (with germs and viruses) all over the gym. That doesn’t concern me, not in the least because I'm aware of the virtually 100% survival rate of C19 (per CDC stats). This is also why we have an immune system. Those who are most vulnerable (those over 70 with multiple chronic conditions) should stay home if concerned. If Lifetime Fitness was so concerned about “the spread” shouldn’t they make people mask up during workouts? It also hasn't been nice these last several months to see masks littered throughout the parking lot. It devalues the establishment further. Corporate policy should not be based on hysteria. It should be based on science, logic, and an adults right to choose..

I've been a member since around 2009 but left for college and recently been back with a guest pass. This place has changed so much for the worst and the price has gone up. The place is no longer 24 hours and it's so much dirtier than it used to be, at least the bathrooms. It used to be free to go to any lifetime fitness club but now on top of the price raise, it cost more to go between clubs. Also Jeff Bolton was rude and unhelpful.

The facility is good with crazy swimming pool rules for kids to play in 2 ft water. The lifeguard just hang around and watch kids. We are paying so much for this club where our kids who knows how to swim can’t even play in 2 ft of water. I wouldn’t recommend this club for swimming lessons.

Rip off. Reinstated my membership hold and never sent any reminders or info. Stated they emailed me, but nothing in my inbox, junk mail, or trash. Interesting they send a million other emails but the “important” ones never got to me. They charge an arm and a leg for wonderful facilities, but they do NOT care about their members one bit. I lost my job due to covid and didn’t even realize autopay was happening on a cc that I don’t use. Spoke with Dustin in customer relations who didn’t even try to help or show any concern. During these times a multimillion dollar company does not care about their patrons. Not interested in ever going back based on lack of human compassion. Give your money to small and local businesses!!

I got to the the gym 35 mins before closing and was told I couldn’t come in . I pay $164 a month for myself And family of 4 and drove 30min to get a quick workout . If you are not going to let anyone in the last 35 mins in make that clear to your clients on the website and app. This is poor communication coming from an elite gym .Ignoring someone knocking on the window also isn’t a good look when you are taking care of your client . You have had plenty of toke to get a better game plan together .

We have been members for 6 months and have loved everything here. Aquatics, gym, kids center, parents night out. Absolutely worth every dollar for a fam of 5. We spend so much time here. As the unfortunate C-virus scare is upon us, I have witnessed every department cleaning on top of their regular (suberb) cleaning duties. Carla and friends in ops , front desk personal, Kim in activities, Jo and friends in kids, and all through out the club. The staff really care for the members here and it shows. Excellent facility that I will be a supporter of for many years to come.

Great gym. Always clean. Staff always smiling and helpful. The parking lot is always packed but the place is large enough that I never have a problem finding a machine. It’s a little pricey but you get what you pay for and the price is worth it to me. Well run place.
